Our stay got off to a shaky start. I found the place OK, but none of the bells or buzzers worked, so I had to phone to get in. However, once in, the owner couldn't do enough. He offered to lend us the bikes, had a water cooler in the kitchen, free internet, and was happy for us to stay...

The hostel is very homey and has more of a house share vibe than a hostel vibe. This was fine with us though and we met some lovely people staying there. The room was clean, as was the rest of the hostel. Like other people have said, do not be put off about security from the outside as it felt...

The hostel is in a great location, 10 min from Red Square. The hostel owner, Alex, is extremely friendly and helpful. Not only did he help us do touristy things, but also sorted out evening plans. We could not have asked for better! The room was clean and comfortable. The hostel is more like a home as it is very...

This hostel was quiet and small, a good option for dorm-seekers who would prefer a private experience. The hostel provided all the nice extras: well-equipped kitchen, free computer/internet use, free laundry use, a clean bathroom with towels, toilet paper and soap, a book exchange, ect.

This is in an apartment block so no obvious signs-use the directions you'll receive when you book as they are spot on. The owner Alex lives there, alongside his gorgeous cat. There also seemed to be a couple of guests who were staying longer term. We were in the 6 bed dorm for 2 nights with 1 other guest. The...

Great value. The most hospitable hostel we have stayed in. We booked the private three bedroom. Whether youd prefer to be alone, or be a little more social, this joint served us perfectly for our trip to moscow this summer. The location is spot on perfect, in a quiet street centralised to everything you could need, no more than ten...

Very close to the metro (orange), 20 mins walk from the Red Square. In a quiet street close to a major nightlife scene. I have to recommend that if you are already in Moscow, don't miss out the Yekaterina Gardens (on the green line, don't remmember exactly the station). Not so well known among the tourists, Its a jewel!
