In my search of suitable hotels in Timisoara I have found this one. I really liked the decoration style, it felt genuine and antique furniture was impressive. The room was very spacious and the breakfast ok. What I didn't liked was that the water pressure was low and it took almost all night to have a decent warm temperature in... More

We stayed one night at the hotel during our recent visit to Romania. The rooms were big for a European hotel. Beds were comfortable, but rooms are dark. Bathroom was okay, but had an odor, which is not unusual for this part of Europe. They had a good breakfast buffet that was included.

Stopped here for one night and it was very nice! It's clean with neat rooms and interesting athmosphere! The free wifi was a plus! I really liked it for one night stay, only thing I didn't like was that the restaurant is open after 17:00, we got there at 15:00 and we were starving so we had to look for... More

We stayed at this hotel for one night. I expected more... There are big rooms but not very clean. The entire hotel is a little dusty. The bathrooms are small and the towels grey instead of white. Not too bad for one night if you travel without children. It really needs an update.

We stayed one night, in the attic rooms, very small rooms and the ceiling very low, that u can touch it with head sometimes. Elevator did not go to attic rooms, and we had to take the stairs one floor to attic. Breakfast was poor, TV channels OK, Wi-Fi OK. I give them 3 stars.

The Best Western Ambassador Hotel from Timisoara is an example for what great customer care means. I stayed there for 6 days and had trainings with a company's employees for 4 days. Along the whole period, I got constant support from the hotel's staff and was very pleasantly surprised when they went all the way to help me with the... More

I had stayed for 3 nights, this hotel is very clean and offers good service, rooms are very comfortable. The only issue is with air conditioners, they actually do not work, they just blow air out but it seems the compressor does not work so no cool air, especially if you are visiting Timisoara during summers, temperatures can rise utopia... It is a very clean hotel situated in a chil zone of Timisoara. The restaurant has a very strange program: from Monday to Saturday 17.00- 23.00 and on Sunday is closed so if you want to eat something on Sunday you have to look for a restaurant. It has no smoking rooms but in my last visit I had a... More

The Hotel has a parking and the entrance is very classic. As I entered the room, the surprise was the furniture and the carpet. Too old fashioned and the furniture do not match with the rest of the hotel. The carpet just ugly. The biggest problem is the air condition, which is much to small for the room, so it... More

The rooms were OK, the stuff was OK, but there was nothing to impress me while staying here. Beside that, there was a wedding at the hotel restaurant and let's say that the people invited there were not friendly with the people from the bar. This was something that counted on this review.

“I would say that maybe we could have done with a smaller room even though we had our 2 little girls with us. Some of the smaller rooms had a single bed as well as a double and there was space for a cot as well. I am assuming the smaller room would have been cheaper. If you are sensitive to noise you could always ask for a room with a view at the back of the hotel rather than facing the road. Saying that, we didn't find it noisy even though our room was facing the road.”
