I recommend this accommodation unit for the location, 10 minutes from the old center of Cluj and 15 minutes walk to a mini shopping complex that includes Lidl and several cigarette shops (Immedio) and drinks. Clean location with multiple features in the room (TV - DIGI cable operator, wifi, brand new furniture, USB sockets 220V on the left and right of the bed, climate with the possibility of multiple adjustments, access to the room without key, by numeric code available on the day of accommodation by manager Bogdan via whatap), terrace on the first floor with a few tables and the rising sun in the morning where you can enjoy delicious coffee. In the basement there is a restaurant (currently closed due to the state of alert) but where there is a coffee espresso, fresh milk, hot water and a generous collection of teas. An ideal location both for business arrivals and for families with 1 or 2 children.

This newly renovated boutique hotel has the perfect combination of central location and bold interior design tucked into a beautiful antique stone mansion. The price is amazingly good considering the full hot breakfast is super yummy with all kinds of fresh baked cakes, fancy coffees and a selection of teas (honey and fresh lemon:) The staff is friendly and helpful. There’s also a large covered balcony where I enjoyed a coffee outside. Nice extra - Marty Restaurants give 10% discount to Siago Hotel guests:). Love this hotel!

We could have just had a bad room, but our TV wouldn't work, the AC wouldn't work, and with the windows open you can hear every single thing out on the street. Good location, but wish it had more amenities/properly functioning equipment.

It is very difficult to get any rest or sleep in this hotel, because of its poor phonic isolation and the fact that it's situated on a street that is heavily trafficked even during the night. It's located across the street from a huge hospital. Ambulances passing by very often with an unbearable noise, almost like the windows and walls don't block sound at all in this hotel. Also, the reception said there is swedish buffet for breakfast every morning from 7:30 AM to 10:00 AM. We went to have breakfast at 9:00 in the morning and there was absolutely no food and no staff anywhere to be found. We went to the reception to ask what is happening, and there was no staff at the reception although we waited for more than 10 minutes. Also, in the mornings, cleaning ladies talk to each other on the hallways by yelling like they completely ignore there are people still sleeping in rooms. Definetely do not recommend anybody to stay here !

We were in a room towards the back of the hotel. It was quiet, clean, and nice. The hotel serves breakfast, but not dinner. It is a bit difficult to find due to traffic. The hotel is walking distance from down town and there are a lot of nice places to eat down there. I didn't note the name of where we ate. And the next day walked down to the center and enjoyed the city. Breakfast was good. The hotel was chosen and booked as part of tour and I don't know the actual cost.
