Revisited the hotel as first visit was perfect last year, sadly from the moment we checked in we had issues which continued throughout our stay at the hotel. Management will not be surprised by what i write in my review as everything was bought to their attention during my stay. I must point out also none of my issues were related to covid rules more lack of professionalism, quality, customer service and overall Management guidance. Rooming issues at the start even though reservation was made with requests were made 8 months in advance and confirmed a number of times prior to arrival were not met, complaint handling was non existent nor appearance of any senior management, numerous food quality issues throughout our stay, food either over or under cooked and returned, menu choice was sometimes limited and not value for money. Be aware at weekends the hotel offers promotions to locals to come stay in the hotel at discount rates, which they do in abundance creating noise and using the hotel as a party place with no respect for other guests trying to relax. Breakfast is the same buffet each morning, hot food items are generally cold and most times i had to ask for my food to be reheated in the microwave, all food items are not covered so your fighting with flies which is somewhat off putting although selection was good just poorly executed and managed. Sunbathing on beach, hotel is only allowed to have guests sunbath on loungers within 3m of hotel boundary, this rule is only enforced with certain managers and when certain managers are not working the rule does not apply, being told whilst sunbathing 6 days into holiday in the same place that i cannot sunbath on a hotel lounger in a particular spot i find outrageous and poorly managed especially when the pool and area sun loungers are in are in the shade. Was told to treat the hotel like my home! i said at least in my home i can relax, this is something i have not been able to do at this hotel this time. Although the staff in the hotel are amazing they lack being managed and trained to do their jobs properly in order to allow them to offer the service customers expect. Overall hotel needs some maintenance, the white and black decor is showing plenty of wear and tear, pool loungers are limited and well worn, terrace furniture in rooms in need of updating , general updating is desperately needed and marks on walls everywhere, chips out paintwork in rooms and exterior areas of hotel. Ants are everywhere indoors and out and nothing is being done to control this, i love being at one with nature but draw the line on something's, cats roaming around guests feet at the outdoor restaurant waiting for food scraps not what i want when trying to enjoy my meal and being bitten by cat fleas, mosquitos, cockroaches and other little beasties are present which is expected outdoors but the hotel again doesn't do anything to help make the guests comfort that bit more tolerable when dining or drinking outside, On checkout when i asked if i was going to be compensated for all the inconveniences we had received except a small plate of fruit that was a token gesture of the hotels acknowledgment of their poor service we finally met the General Manager who was aware of my issues throughout the stay but had decided not even to come and say hi, apologies or even try to rectify some of the issues we had encountered. This hotel is in a great location, has a great concept about it but it lacks quality, the hotel is desperate for customers money but you get nothing in return, poor service, lacks quality, and lacks love.... you lost me as a customers and my friends who were booked to stay later in the year

Perfect location perfect staff. It was a good stay (January 2020) Thanks to the team for taking care of our request. Thanks to Julie, Matia, the young creol girl (sorry) who did our welcoming and the sympathetic lady at the bar. As I am also used to visit similar properties I can say the Ness is a good adress. This Hotel is a really nice beach hotel with a really cute swimming pool and an awesome beach front. It is quite with spacious and comfortable rooms, the service was very helpful and friendly. A real jewel is the beach front with the two trailers that host the bar - cool drinks, great staff and service ,awesome view... The breakfast in the morning is a regular hotel breakfast buffet - plus you can mix your own fresh fruit juice - a nice little treat. The breakfast room is rather simple - but you can take your plates to the beachfront :) And the town is quiet and relaxing...

Hotel is new. Staff tried very hard to be informative and helpful about what there is to do and where to eat on the island. Pool area and garden is very attractive and user friendly with an entrance directly onto the beach. For people coming from Europe I am sure the beach would be nice but coming from South Africa where our beaches are all fine white or golden sand, and wide and long we found the beach to be narrow and a bit full of people and covered with broken off pieces of coral so it was not easy to access the sea or walk on the beach without hurting your feet. Breakfast had a wide array of warm and cold eats so even the most fussy would be able to find much to satisfy them. The room was well appointed, spacious and comfortable and all items working and in good condition..

What a beautiful property.. the staff welcomed us with broad smiles and amazing ice tea... our room with kitchen was perfect for us coz being vegetarian we need to cook.. hotel management were at our services, Guided us the best.. room views awesome, food was awesome though there was a lil confusion abt the bill but they sorted out so good that it made us feel great.
