Rooms - no telephone Staffs - not approachable,so bitter and defensive, no uniforms and also not accommodating. I think they should undergo some trainings. Internet connection - we need to pay for 100 pesos per hour! OMG! we paid so much as we had corporate event there.

Overall is a poor resort. Food and service is good but so many things we found that is unsafe. Beach have plenty of jellyfish. I got sting in my hand. No telephone in the room. If you need something or question you have to walk to the front desk. Front desk is close at 9PM. If there is a fire... More

A nice place with nice rooms at fair prices. Service was very good. Food was good for where they are and more for local. If your an expat, there is no credit card facilities so depending on the length of time spent you will need cash which can be a large sum with room and meal costs. The view is... More

We stayed here for 2 nights in January 2016. This hotel has lots of potential, with a lovely view, nice pool & pretty area around the restaurant. However, when you are paying over 3000 php for a room you expect certain things, one of which is good service. This hotel, quite honestly, has terrible service. The one word to describe... More

If you want peace , quiet and commune with nature, Caluwayan Palm Island Resort is the place to be. I've been to many different parts of the world but only few places marked a special spot in my heart and that includes Caluwayan Resort. The Management and Staff are well mannered and deals with the customers in a highly professional... More

I love the view from the resort. The food was great. We got the best service from Wel, one of the staff members. We enjoyed the 30 mins free boat ride but wished there was time to stop and do some snorkling. Downside is cell reception is really bad. There's no landline where you can make/take emergency calls. I wouldn't... More

While in my recent trip to Tacloban, I came across this resort which is an hour drive from Tacloban City. A pleasant surprise indeed since in this is the only resort in the area. Although the beach is not recommended due to the presence of jellyfish, this is compensated by the resort's infinity pool fronting San Pablo Bay. Room is... More

went to this resort with my son and my brother's and sister's respective families, their swimming pool attracted our children instantly but their walk-in rate for swimming is quite pricey 200Php/ adult nd 175Php/ child so we opted the beach instead..the beach is with black sand but it's so fine and the children enjoyed making sand castles..we went island hopping...
