This is just a regular hotel however their matrimonial room was huge and not pricey at all. They serve breakfast but it's not included in the price. Walking distance to a small mall. Elevators are creepy.

The hotel is not new, affordable, convenient and functional. As I've stayed here several times, Century 21 serves my weekend stay in Iloilo. When you visit a city to do basic shopping or find food you wouldn't find in an island like Boracay, when you want to have a clean, decent place to spend your nights, I stay here in...

My sister and I check-in in this hotel since its near St. Pauls hospital and my sister have to meet her friends there. The place is simple and quite. A good place if you want a hotel within city proper. The rooms are clean and simple. My overall stay here is good since its clean and simple, moreover the price...

The place was clean, staff was welcoming, the room was clean, easy to snuggle and sleep. Not bad for an affordable hotel. Only problem i guess is the parking space, we parked on the side of the road where, you do not have control of the passing vehicles. nonetheless its worthwhile.

I had a pleasant stayed in this hotel. I liked everything the hotel - staff, room, cleanliness, and price. Very accessible in all attractions within the city proper. You can use public transportation in going to this hotel. I will definitely comeback in this hotel. They should improve the wifi connection quite slow and inconsistent.

I only stayed 1 night at this hotel so i can't say much about the service. But the room i stayed in was really clean. Very comfy bed and good-smelling sheets. The location of the hotel is conveniently located within the city. Not too far from the pier and just a few blocks away from a mall. And the price...

Our group of four stayed here for a night for a meeting at the iloilo Capitol. A safe choice for those who want to stay at the city proper while not spending much for accommodation. I expected a bigger room though. We had to make do with availing of an extra mattress, not bed, for a fee so everyone has...

The imposing and elegant looks that welcome a guest on arrival belie the truth about the hotel. The grand decor ends at the lobby. The young guard is helpful with luggage and is not one that assumes to receive a tip. The rooms are spartan, so much like empty apartments. Sheets at least are clean. Unluckily, the toilet in our...

To start things off, I'll say my room is spacious and clean. It's a little dark, especially around the closet (making it hard to see in there) the shower & bathroom are a good size as well. The bed wasn't the most comfortable. There's NO GYM or fitness center at all and no where close by to workout. There are...

If you're just on a quick business trip to Iloilo, and need a cheap, central place to stay, this place would do. Nothing fancy. It's a few minutes away from SM Delgado on foot, and you do need to go to that area if you want to eat, since there are no restaurants in the immediate vicinity. Check in was...

“Try as you might asking for a good room ahead, the only response you will invariably get is that the hotel is booked solid. Get a room at the farthest point from the lifts; they will be quieter because the corridors reverberate with feet stomping, guests chatting and laughing and occasionally, children playing.”
