1. Old rooms 2. The linen were also old. The blankets were too thin. 3. Only 1 elevator for i think 7-8 floors. 4. There are no nearby food establishments. 5. Aircon in the room is old. 6. TV is also old (they are not using flat screen TV). 7. Hot shower was not functioning properly. 8. They still use...

I do not recommend taking their single bedrooms. Its too terrible that it feels like haunted abandoned old rooms, The room smells old, the toilet tiles are stained, and the bedsheets are terribly old and worn out. I am not really into giving bad reviews to hotels, but this one is disappointing. PLUS, they do not have wifi! *facepalm*

As soon as I checked in this hotel, i immediately asked for hangers for my clothes. The reception person asked how many and I answered 6. After an hour, my hangers were not yet delivered, I called the reception, who again asked me how many, and I answered the same number as I did earlier. After another hour, I reiterated...

The aircon took long time before it cooled. You need to pay for additional fees for you to access their wifi. but the place is nice and peaceful. The room is clean but quite old furnishing. But the food was good. The hotel staffs are very accommodating.

Wasn't expecting much from this hotel since i read some of the reviews before i booked. The location was pretty close to the Dinagyang festival (about 3 blocks from it haha) so i took a chance. Beside da price was pretty reasonable considering my dates are for the big festival that is Dinagyang 2016. Check in was easy & smooth...

Let's remove the city noise, the nightlife booze and the hectic pace of shoppers. You arrive to a hotel that greets you with a smile, so eager to please you that you'd have to think of something to help him help you. Make sense? The food is not exotic, not new to the palate. But that's exactly what I was...

This hotel was amazing. The in-hotel restaurant gleamed with a high-end buzz. The food was fresh and quickly prepared, all with a reasonable price. The staff were courteous and the receptionists are wonderful and welcoming. The rooms were perfect for the money paid. The AC and TV worked perfectly and clearly. I enjoyed my stay and always looked forward to...

The night when my friend and I arrived at the hotel,I thought the place was abandoned. Quite silly of me to think, but there was not a person on the lobby. Minutes later, a receptionist appeared from the back and then the guard came out of nowhere too. The room smelled old. We wanted to have a room service but...
