We had stayed here for 3 days and booked on a family room. As what the saying goes, first impression lasts! Me with my family had arrived on the lobby and the assigned concierge on the front door didn't even bother to assist us on our luggage, even a simple greeting was none. At the front desk, after confirming my...

The main reason people stay at hotels is because they want to have comfortable sleep while away from their homes. You wouldn't get that here in Mo2 Westown Hotel. If I were to rate the noise levels at night, it would be 5 out of 5! The morning after, I thought breakfast will compensate for my 3 hours of sleep...

The room was ok, the bed was nice and the bathroom was nice. The a/c made some noise, and also we could hear music from the street, but that really didn't bother us. What bothered me was all the weird smell. In the hallway to the pool it smelled like old sausage and in the room when we first arrived...

I jst have a brief stay at this hotel but nonetheless, I can say it was a pleasant stay. I stayed at one of the "C" room located near the pool so I don't experience the noise which some other guests are complaining about. i'm looking forward to coming back in my next visit to Iloilo.

Stayed for 1 night - had difficulty sleeping, the noise outside was very loud - live music playing until 3am, people still on the street and in the bars/pubs until wee hours of the morning and it was a weekday?!? The room was poorly maintained, the window type A/C was humming like a mad engine and the flooring of the...

I have been to this hotel maybe more than 20 times though the last time I did was almost a year ago. Basic reason is the lack of parking spaces. In fact, my parking skills improved because the parking spaces was so limited that you have to be good in parking so that you can park here. Aside from that,...

That might as well have been what the front desk staff told me as a I checked out. There are new stringent anti-smoking regulations in the city. But one is free to convert one's room into a gas chamber as long as you pay a penalty. I was charged P500 for smoking in my room and another P200 for using...

Westown Hotel (called MO2 by locals) is probably the best place to stay in Iloilo City if you're looking to spend the night partying or just hanging out over a cup of coffee. It's right where the bars and coffee shops are, and the hotel itself boasts of good, clean, reasonable accommodations. The hotel staff are friendly and they are...

This is my second visit to MO2 Westown in Iloilo. The hotel really hasn't changed since my last visit, a little worn but still clean and in a good area. The one difference I has noticed, is the service level. The receptionist and bell staff were most helpful with more attention to details. The restaurant staff has pickup up their...
