Older hotel but a reasonable price for the accommodations. Hotel Manager was super helpful. The staff is very professional. There was a glitch in my reservation thru TripAdvisor and Agoda. The manager helped straighten everything out by calling Agoda and Trip Advisor. He then upgraded our room to compensate for the booking problem.

Met my father and his GF here to catch the Dinagyang Festival, budget Hotel stayed for 2 nights and had to give away the night for free, since it was a 3 night package. Staff is friendly and courteous. Be careful the restaurant in the lobby has clean utensils and check your hot water!

We stayed in this hotel November 2015,we had reserved 8 rooms for my brothers wedding. Staff were good and accommodating, food are good and within reasonable price and the hotel is located within the city. The only thing I don't like is that it takes forever for the a/c to cool down the room, you cannot leave the a/c on...

It is also near the center so quite convenient to go around. The hotel is a little old some of it needs a little bit of maintenance but...

1. PRICE is very affordable. You can get a room at PhP 900+. 2. GENERAL FACILITIES - quite old, some are not well maintained; very basic; nothing spectacular or amazing. Good enough if you are not the picky person. Comfortable. Some room tiles have cracks on them. 3. BED / BEDDING - Blanket is very short (at least in the...

Iloilo Midtown Hotel is in the heart of the city speaking in commercial accessibility to other city destination. Don't expect much really. Sometimes you will be lucky if you are booked in a room that doesn't smell. Yes, Others have that room like that, as I chat with one guest staying there too, Well it could be easily remedied if...
