Nearby place is not much to see. This pension house is in the local Street on the way going to pension house there are lots of dogs barking and following you around so you gotta be very careful while going out our coming in. Rooms are okay but I saw cockroaches and insects in the room while sleeping @night. Ang the guys from the reception says lemme know if you see again I'll kick it out. Good if you're on budget travel.
We stayed here for one night we get the good for 2 fan room for 390. Room accommodations is just too basic it has 2 beds but only 1 pillow but no blanket the room has only one socket so we find it hard to charge all our gadgets. What you pay is what you get, for fellow backpacker/traveler on a budget this pension house is good but don't expect too much.staff are very friendly and the restaurant is a little bit expensive the food is good though.
basic pension house near lacson street. It's clean and simple even if it's old. If you're like me on a budget, you can get there. the rate of the single room is 330P. I guess it's difficult to find a correct room to sleep for cheaper.
Looks like a medieval castle from outside - inside it's like civilization hasn't dawned yet! Our room was tiny, the TV tinier! And they only had ONE socket per room! In this day and age of gadgets, how can a "hotel" exist by providing just one socket for guests?! They advertised they had wifi, but when we got there they said that "suddenly" wifi was gone! What? Gone as in gone with the wind?! And the "bathroom" was straight out of those horror films set in abandoned buildings! The shower? I've got goosebumps remembering I used it to clean myself! The "beds" were makeshift - pillow (just one) was as hard as a cement block, no blanket. They have a small canteen, but the food was pricey and uneatable. Water you had to buy per cup (hot or cold). The hotel is located deep inside a residential area. Maybe they want to cater to a different kind of clientele? And to top it all, people working in that pension were smoking their lungs away wherever and whenever they pleased! Please if you have a choice, go somewhere else. (Local DOT please inspect this establishment!)…
We stayed here for one night, 3pax kami nag check in. First room na chineck namin is fan room sa pinaka loob to ng pension house kaso; sobrang init kasi one fan lang per room and di okay yung ventilation. All in all okay yung price niya for budget traveller, yung staff mababait naman and accomodating sa guest kaso need improvement talaga sa facilities kasi medyo luma na lahat from kama to CR.
