First the Pros, clean, quiet, nice bedsheets, comfortable pillows and friendly staff. Now the Cons... I don't like the towels and the buffet breakfast is undesirable. Plus there's no sunlight thru the windows in the morning.

Staying in a hotel out town for a business trip will surely make you comfortable at The Suites @ Calle Nueva. I enjoyed staying there because of the clean and comfortable rooms that they have. Their beds are nice and have crisp clean linen with fluffy pillows & comforter. Toilet is very clean with basic travel toiletries provided. They serve... More

This may be a small hotel but I really loved my stay - the staffs are really accommodating, the place is new (it is renovated every year) and the bed and pillows are so comfortable I fell asleep right away. Free delicious breakfast is served from 6 - 10am. (Php 175/head for a buffet breakfast if you have visitors you... More

I recently stayed in this hotel for the very first time and find it to be a good value. The located is also ideal for it is just about a 10 minute walk to SM City -Bacolod! The rooms are well kept and well maintained. It's got good cable TV and good air conditioning room as well. One thing I... More

Aside from the location (being very near to beer houses/pubs and bars) and the most of the time unreliable wi-fi connection, I can say that I have a good experience from The Suites, from their comfortable and clean rooms, and their value-for-money rates, it is their very friendly and accomodating staff that made the stay special, a perfect embodiment of... Our flight was delayed for hours and they were nice to wait for us. We checked in around midnight. Food every morning varies. It was good and filling. Staff was very attentive of our needs. Room was big, cool every time we go back from trips out, and cozy. Beds were very comfortable to sleep in. The staff were very... More

This place may have a somewhat obscure location and an unattrative facade but the hotel is actually comfortably cozy. The room size is decent and its clean. The breakfast area is small but the simple filipino meal is quite good. Staff are nice and friendly. And the rate is just right.

I stayed in this place for a business trip. It's located near key shopping and business addresses as well as public transportation. It has the basic amenities you'd expect from a budget hotel but don't expect fast wifi or regular room fixing. On the first day, they made up the room but not on the second day. No room safe... “Stay at the biggest room. The rates are a steal. You might want to ask for a window to the outside. There are two floors, no elevators. You may also want to request for a room on the ground floor for convenience. IDK.”
