Had a great time staying here. The staff is very courteous and responsive. It is very close to airport and provides pick up / drop. So a great value for money. If you can't attend the breakfast buffet, they provide sandwiches to-go.

Hotel's Favorite
We booked this hotel for a weeks stay while we were in Cebu and my wife and I didn't expect the quality the size and the attention to detail from all the staff members towards there guests. we absolutely loved this hotel for the way we were looked after and cared for. I was so impressed that this is now going to be our only place to stay when we return back in October 2019, and for then onwards. For the price the hotel is 1st class in my eyes and not sure what star rating it is but for me it's 5 stars. The rooms are clean the location is good for where we wanted to be and the food was excellent and always hot not like most restaurants where the buffet breakfast is sitting there going cold and not reheated. I am not one for trying different dishes but the hotel has a good selection for breakfasts. we didn't try the restaurant in the evening but with the quality of the food in the morning I would take a guess that the food was also very good in the evening. The hotel from the front doesn't look nothing spectacular but is very well presented and once you check in and view the rest of the hotel you will be surprised as we were to find out that it spreads out right at the back and is alot bigger than you think. This hotel really is a hidden gem on a busy road stretching through lapu lapu and we both loved it there. 100% returning for sure.. EXCELLENT

I had an emergency and had to cancel my trip to the Philippines because of an emergency health situation with my mother (eye injury). I reached out to Expedia and they were helpful with getting me a refund/credit from Delta, but Eloisa refused to refund or credit my upcoming reservation. They are typical money hungry people and give other Filipinos a bad name. I WILL NEVER STAY THERE and I go to this area every 3 months or so.

I found the location convenient for what I needed. All the day trips included hotel pick up so it's more about what you want to have access to at other times. I stayed facing the pool and noise was not a problem. The room was small but I like small rooms. It lacked a place to hang clothes which might mean it was too small. Although there were water saving signs for the towels, my towels were changed every day. So I didn't appreciate killing the environment especially when it seemed like there was a hotel policy to minimize it. The room fridge wasn't cold and was stocked with pay per use items. There's a convenient store and supermarket around the corner so they should just give you an empty fridge to put your own drinks in. One pet peeve in the room is that the bed blocked half of the electrical outlet. So I couldn't charge my phone next to the bed. Not sure why that wasn't obvious when they stuck the head board to the wall. The television, wifi and air conditioning worked well. One weird thing with their wifi is, you have to turn your phone to airplane mode for it to work properly. I figured this out when I couldn't understand why the wifi kept dropping every few minutes. The included breakfast looked more like a lunch with stir fried meats and rice. There were some fruits and bread but it was mostly cooked food that dominated breakfast. I didn't like that but I can see how that's a selling feature to many people. The airport shuttle was also very convenient. I got picked up promptly even though my flight arrived 30 minutes early. Going to the airport, we were grouped together so luckily I asked for the shuttle the night before. Some guests were trying to get on the shuttle with 5 minutes notice which obviously could not be accommodated. The massage place in the same building but technically next door is a bit pricier than other places within a 10 minutes walk but so much better and is also 24 hours.
