This hotel is absolutely disgusting. I could tell the moment our taxi entered the property. The sofa at the lounge area were decorated with mold and mildew. I am not an OC kind of a person but ew! The hotel is dimly lit. It smells like an old warehouse and it looks like a haunted house. Whenever the elevator opens,... More

I booked two suites for our family trip to cebu. It was really big. I think an entire family of 10 will fit to their suite because it so huge. But the service was not that good, I had to remind the staff to provide us with coffee because it was not replenished after the room was cleaned. The location... More

We stayed there just for the night, we got there really late because our flight was delayed. There was somebody on the reception to check us in what was great and a man took the bags to our room which was also great, as we were really tired. Check out was quick and they stored the luggage for us and... More

Room was great, arrangement of furnitures is ok, room control for electricity must be fixed as we have to insert toothbrush inorder for it to function. Water runs out in our second day of stay but staff was able to fix it immediately. Hot water not functioning very well either it's too hot or cold. Swimming pool is clean. Location... More

I stayed in this hotel for 3 weeks last April and had fun. My return trip was a total disappointment. We left after 8 days because some loud mouth idiot woman would come in drunk at 2 AM and wake up the whole 4th floor until about 4 AM. The staff did nothing to resolve the issue. Then I got... More

I found this hotel on trip advisory (thank u) as we needed a place to stay for a night before catching our flight to Hong Kong. I was a bit skeptical at first becoz I only paid 390 rands for 2 adults. I was pleasantly surprised that it was a decent hotel. Clean rooms, friendly staff and so cheap. It's... More

Air con didn't really work so was always pretty warm in our room. If your a light sleep their is a rooster that is always making... More

I am currently staying in this hotel for 3 nights. The room is a good size and clean. The decoration is slightly dated and the lighting is too dim in the bathroom, but there is a safe in the wardrobe and the beds are very comfortable. The staff are friendly and helpful too. The shower is certainly big enough but... More
