We had an event and booked Family Suite Room on the day and then transferred to a Deluxe Room after the event. Later that day, we were informed that we will be charged Php200 for a lost face towel. Okaaay, it is small and difficult to trace so we agreed to pay. However upon checkout on the following day, we were again informed that they will charge us for a lost comforter! The receptionist said there were 4 comforters in the room and 1 is missing. This, we couldn't easily agree because it is bulky and surely their staff would see! We asked them to verify because it seemed impossible and quite funny (who would steal or accidentally bring a comforter!) Good thing we took a video of the whole room when we first arrived, and proved that 1 bed actually has no comforter. They insisted they have to verify and even check their cctv. Finally, they gave us the check-out card after almost an hour of waiting and said they'll contact us once they are able to trace it. 8 days later, haven't heard from them yet. This is a unique experience of all our staycations, and a lesson learned I would like to share to everyone to take a photo/video of the place upon arrival (too bad we missed to count the number of towels though)…
There was a problem finding my reservation at first but the receptionist was able to fix it for me. She is well-trained in customer service. The free breakfast isn’t buffet as expected but worth it. I was satiated. I’m a local tourist and did this as my part to help the economy and ensure that the staff keep their jobs. It may be an old hotel, but is like a good old friend who takes care of you. Only critique is the TV cabinet. Once there is enough budget, changes can be done to enhance the aesthetics.
Very enjoyable stay. Since I had an appointment at the US consulate, I chose to stay at the Waterfront overnight to avoid any hasdles with meeting the appointment time, as I live 3 hours away. Very comfortable accommodations, nice and courteous staff. Good price. Highly recommend.
We had a good time at this establishment and found it comfortable and well serviced. The staff were very pleasant. The swimming pool was the perfect place to retreat to amid the mid autumn warm weather last year. It was a particularly good one!
Due to the Pandemic our company let us stay here for a couple of days to prevent us from getting infected since i live far from my office. All of their staff has a pleasing personality.. From the gardener, security, receptionist, buffet area..and even their chefs.. amidst the crisis, you can still see them smiling and addresses your concern in a pleasant way.. Thank you for your service...
