Unfortunately, my chance to stay in this hotel for April 2020 was lost due to flight cancellations and travel restrictions going to the Philippines and in Cebu, itself. However, this review will be honoring the excellent service rendered by the people who attended me on managing my booking. Special Mention to Jeanjie Bastigue, the Online Reservations Agent, for her professionalism in responding to my mail even after the 48th hour. Well, we understand the traffic that she have accommodated and responded each and every hour was truly overwhelming. And also, to Wella Saguin at the hotel's reception for the "assurance" she gave that my concern will be addressed in due time when I called for a follow up and allowing me to understand the current situation the world is currently facing. As a hotelier, myself, I was truly moved heartily on how these people extended such an effort. These people, that they called as Kasaligan, are really the asset of this hotel. Still, we are hoping to be with in this hotel soonest.

Stayed here twice as we toured Cebu and Bohol, the hotel is very central to cebu City so banks and shopping malls are on the doorstep. The rooms and service are without fault and the Bruce Family from the Isle of Wight United Kingdom would highly recommend this hotel and its amazing staff. Well done!

_________________________________________ It is near Ayala mall. Due to near Ayala mall, I can choose kinds of restaurants for eating lunch or dinner. The hotel is new and tiny. You can ask receptionist to book a shuttle to Cebu airport. It totally costs 800p. It is very cheap for me. The only bad thing is that I booked triple room but the hotel provided toothbrush, toothpaste, towels, teabags and coffee for two.

Staff at front desk were not friendly and rude. The bathroom smelt like sewer drain, when asked to move rooms we were moved to a room without a Queen bed that still had the bad smell in the bathroom. The wifi cut out continuously. Very loud traffic noise from room. Only good thing that I could see at this hotel was the gym and door staff were very friendly. Would not stay here again.

I Would not recommend this hotel. Let me start by saying the restaurant, room and parking staff were very friendly and kind! Especially Madonna the guard dog. Cutest guard dog ever. But... the front desk "management" were TERRIBLE. So, these things were very bad: - hotel transportation (don't book it) - loud hotel - rude management - Malfunctioning doors - Slow lift Read stories below for more info. Transport: I booked transportation from the airport to the hotel with my reservation. After a 26 hour trip, there was no one from the hotel there. When I called them, they said they cannot find a transport booking, while it says so on my reservation. But they said they were gonna help me with transportation. Someone from the hotel came to the terminal and pulled over a REGULAR cab from the street - I could have done that - and said that this was my ride. I asked him if this was the hotel transportation and he said yes. I got in and noticed that the meter wasn't on, so I assumed that was because he was driving for the hotel. So, I saw no price or whatsoever. He dropped me off and took me inside. I didn't have to pay, so I assumed everything was in order and went well. When I checked out, they told me I had to pay 800 (!) for the "hotel transportation" - keep in mind that a hotel trip with a regular cab will be around 250/300. I paid 264 from the hotel back to the airport. I was confused with the price, because its three times as expensive and it wasn't even a hotel transport, just a regular cab. They took a rough 500 as a commission for pulling over the cab. When I asked them why they charge 800, its cause the cab driver handed them a bill saying it was 800... The meter wasn't even on! I have a feeling it is a scam to let the cabs in the area earn an unfair extra buck out of foreigners. The management was very rude and did not even took in consideration that they forgot about me at the airport. And then there was another thing, I took many cabs past week but NO cab came on an even amount of money, like 800. So, I have a even more strong feeling that it's fraude. Loud hotel: On the 2nd morning of my stay there were loud noises on the hall around 7am: screaming kids, laughing men, loud talking women. I had to call front desk three times before it stopped. THREE TIMES! It's a hotel, right? You might think that they want to ensure every customer gets their sleep. They obviously do not. Malfunctioning door: The door of my room broke twice pas week, so I wasn't able to open my door with my card. I first went down twice cause I thought it was my card, but it ended up being the door. In total I have been waiting 50 min for them to open my door. I even was late for an appointment because of this. On the day of my check out, I had less time to do some last minute things, cause I couldn't get in my room after breakfast. This has a bad impact on your mood during your trip. Trust me. Lifts: The lifts do not make any sense. They have only three lifts for the whole building and sometimes two are just on the same floor for a long time, while one is doing al the work. Prepare yourself for a lot of waiting at the lifts, especially when you stay at a higher floor, like I did. A hotel is basically your place to rest, eat and sleep. Those things were pretty hard there. Plus, I really feal they set me up with the transport thing. I would not recommend booking a transportation. Just grab a cab at the airport. There are plenty.
