This hotel is right in the CBD and very handy to People's Park. The room I stayed in was on the 7th floor and it was reasonably quiet. Bed was comfortable and the room itself was big and spacious. The staff at the dining room are very friendly and helpful and nothing was ever a problem. The front desk personnel... More

I stayed 5 nights at Royal Mandaya. It's not a new hotel but it's kept well. The room I had was spacious with a big window offering a panoramic view of the city. I like the long working desk in my room and reliable internet giving me amble space to do my online work. The TV cable channels are extensive... More

I like this hotel as the staff are very flexible. My weekend rate is much affordable but the amenities and the service are still the same. This hotel has very accessible location. The staff are very accommodating.

My family and I stayed at the Royal Mandaya for several weeks in August/September 2016. The service here is exceptional. I've been to many hotels in different parts of the world and have never had the quality of service as here. If I could give them 10 stars I would. From the bell hop to the dinning room personal to... The staffs were very helpful, they respond to our needs ASAP The rooms were cozy and are very well maintained considering that the hotel is already old. The pool area is okay. Their buffet breakfast is a very good dining experience, there are a lot of varieties to choose from. The security is also tight, which is nice, but I... More

It's located in a perfect spot in the heart of Davao. Close shopping mall like Aldevinco GMall and lots of local restaurant along the street of CM recto. 2 minutes walk to People's Park and another minute walk to San Pedro church. I will be staying again in this hotel for my next visit.

As soon as you go inside, the lobby looks great, employees being friendly, so I was excited to see my room, but before hand, I asked the front desk to please...give me a nice room, a clean room...especially the bathroom... As I entered my bedroom, I was soooo dissapointed, I could smell Old, Srcary, looking at the furnitures, then the... More
