Ok, let's start from when I called them to inquire. First off, they don't have the updated prices online (can't find a decent website for reference). Rates are higher but whatever, we just wanted a place to sleep in for a few hours. I made a reservation. Called in an hour later to confirm what time we'll be checking in..... More

stayed for just a night this May 2016 on our way home from baguio city... its a hotel & resort... nice front & lobby with "royal" furnitures... we stayed at their "premium"'room -- a large room with two single beds, working aircon, wifi, flatscreen tv, large toilet&bath with hot&cold shower, spotted two small roaches on the lavatory... our room was... I went here on a business trip, i believe its actually a quite nice hotel, if you do have a driver and can go out of town itself. I didnt use any of the amenities like pool or anything, i just saw now that they do have one. Room // well, the room is nice i guess. And if you... More

We rented 2 rooms and both rooms had garbage in the drawers. One room had a broken shower handle and the toilet in the other room didn't work. Both rooms had no phones. We had our 90 year old father with us and there are no elevators to get to the second floor. They told us there was a pool... More

Rooms are big but average. Buffet-style breakfast depends on the number of guests, but option for the buffet is limited to 1 viand, rice and egg. The two remaining pools (adult and kids) were good but during our last week's stay (for a 3-week stay), the pool was so grossly dirty. Garbage, sand, etc., were in the pool but nobody... More

This hotel is good for kids who loves to swim. Place should have been called King's Royal Hotel and Resort! Buffet breakfast is limited to eggs, sausages, fish or sardines, rice and bread. Location is far from malls and you must have your own transportation if you want to go around San Fernando.

Not that bad. I rented a villa for my mini house party in this place. The villas are not that good and dont expect much. But if you want to have a house party, i recommend this place because they are not that strict when you want decorate the rented villa. I blogged about this if you want to know... More

Not great place to stay im a bit upset, they over charge, the food is not great. The room was very ordinary, they give breakfast on plate which is only 1pcs of egg and small pcs of hotdog and if your hungry enough you couldn't ask for more. The bed is terrible it has a stain on it although its... More

good thing we only stayed overnight. the villa was old and dirty. the previous guests smoked thus the villa stunk. the surroundings of the villa wasn't properly cleaned (cigarette butts and trash were all over the place). the in-house chinese restaurant was not good, and the buffet breakfast wasn't god neither. the A/C units were cold and powerful though.

We occupied a standard room with two single beds. The room is big and has a big window over looking the pool area. During our stay the cable was down due to the typhoon so that was really sad. Aside from the TV, aircon and telephone there was no other electronics in the room. There was no hanger also and... More
