Since I have been a season visitor there has been several operators and with the current management needs to inpower or train front desk staff to address guest questions instead of asking for a supervision or manager.

Looks old and balcony rail need a paint. Nice rooms and good services. Our first room when we arrived had no aircon and out of service telephone at Rm 2114. Staff are very attentive to all your needs. We went down and ask them to transferred us in other room and they act right away. We transferred at Rm 2105....

We needed accommodations for my family of 4 and I saw that the Atrium Hotel was considered nearby, offered a 2 bedroom suite and had breakfast included. Like most reviewers said, this hotel is really dated and had seen better days. The maintenance of the rooms are really lacking. The location is also an issue as one can hear the...

This hotel was disappointing from the minute we walked through the door. After an extremely long flight from Canada we were told that check in was not until 2pm. It was 1:30pm so we went for a walk around the area and came back. When we returned we waited at the counter while the young girl that worked there ignored...

We checked in here last Saturday to allow us travel in a minimum time to go to a Christmas party near the area. I find this hotel in Expedia spacious among others as their Studio King boasts a 59 sq.m room. The location of the hotel is on the 15th floor and the entrance is on the back of the...

Rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean. Staff are friendly and very helpful, breakfast buffet is decent. WiFi was very poor, safe in room didn't work and wasn't fixed despite being reported. One annoyance, Christmas music is played 24/7, due to the design of the hotel it echoes all around and is heard in the rooms. My dreams are themed to...

The room was big and clean. The bathroom is clean too ... we had a king size bed and its so comfortable. We have an amazing view of manila from the terrace. The location of the hotel is near to bus stations from north to southern Luzon. The staff were nice. Ohh one thing It concerned me is the smell...

This was a mistake. I thought, being in Pasay, the hotel was close to the airport. It took an hour to get here in Manila traffic. My mistake, this was not the basis for my review. Pros: Big rooms and tub. Staff were friendly. Cons: Old hotel and very run down. Poor location. Loud (street noise for one side and...

The room is spacious and cozy. Aircon is working but you can't remote it easily. But I think that's ok. :) if you want discounted price, check first Agoda cause original price is 2500, but we got a room for only 1665/night with free breakfast buffet. Also, the location is good. It's just 25-30 minutes away from NAIA via taxi....

We had a suite on the top floor of the hotel and expected it would be nice. One of the two toilets didn't work, along with the air con in the master bedroom. The TV in the master didn't work. The furniture in the common area was only a love seat and a table with two chairs. The beds were...
