This is a nice hotel with very accommodating staff. Pack breakfast was served well for our group. Rooms were clean and with complete toiletries, though their single bed was small. Wifi connection was good. Location is okay.

Quick and easy CheckIn/Out process. Room was spacious and clean. It has a bath tub and modern design. Complimentary snack at the Sunset Lounge was delicious and buffet style. Be there at 3pm to get the best seat and enjoy the view as the sun starts to set at 5pm.

We just stayed one night in Midas Hotel. We got an upgrade to a huge suite. It was all good but the standard in general in terms of cleanliness was not the best. You will receive value for money and it is also close to the airport.

I was trepidatious going in having read the less than flattering reviews left by others and I could not have had a more opposite experience. The check-in was fast, the room was large, well-designed and comfortable. Flat screen TV, bath tub, strong hot shower, balcony and a King bed that was very comfortable with soft sheets and comforter. There is...

The lobby is large and nice, lots of people saying hello and then things go downhill fast. Check in is very painful - took 20 mins to find our reservation, we didn't get the class of room we ordered. The room looked clean but was very dirty, bathroom hadn't been cleaned in a long time, soap scum everywhere, mirror was...

My family booked 5 rooms to celebrate a birthday and we stayed the 3rd weekend of January 2017. The hotel had a lot going for it, including but not limited to: 1. Yummy, affordable food. We had lunch at Cafe Midas and, as hotel guests, got 45% off our bill. With the discount, the beef steak, pinakbet with bagnet, fries,...

Midas Hotel is strategically situated near a hospital, a huge mall (SM Mall of Asia), and the airport. The cab fare (metered) would slightly fall below a hundred pesos from the hotel to NAIA terminal 3. However, expect to give the cab driver more than that. Upon entry to the hotel lobby a discerning nose can immediately get a whiff...

I had a good sleep. Room service was okay. Staffs are friendly. What I don't like is their wifi. It's pretty fast at the lobby but at the rooms no sometimes is slow or I can't connect at all. Their bars are good too and have a live band at night.

The lobby of the hotel is attractive. Things go downhill from there. While the bed was large and comfortable, the room smelled musty. The bathroom needs some work. The stopper in the sink was broken. The shower was a guessing game - sometimes no water pressure, sometimes no hot water. The breakfast buffet was quote to us a 150 pesos,...

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
Midas Hotel and Casino is the newest design-led lifestyle hotel situated along Roxas Boulevard at the coast of Manila Bay. The hotel is flocked by the Japanese Embassy and San Juan de Dios Hospital. It faces the Bay, a few meters from the intersection of Roxas Boulevard and EDSA. In the tradition of excellence set by the building's former occupants, The Sheraton, Savoy Philippines and Hyatt Regency Manila, this 225-room hotel continues to be THE venue for creating fond memories. Certain details of the original structure have been kept and integrated into the redesign of the building's interiors, creating a fusion of the past and the present in perfect harmony. In the chic and spacious hotel lobby, floor-to-ceiling adobe stone walls and pillars have been layered with chrome and crystals providing a stunning backdrop to its luxurious Italian designer furniture; while a fiber optic chandelier, possibly the only one of its kind in the Philippines, lends dramatic illumination. Throughout the hotel, this statement of modern glam and luxury is carried out in every detail. Midas forward-looking rooms and suites are carefully appointed, chic and have the feel of modern glam. All are pleasantly furnished natural fabrics and are equipped with upscale amenities. Executive floor guests get to enjoy buffet cocktails at the Sunset Lounge from 4 pm to 8 pm while taking pleasure in the sight of the Metropolis. Midas also offers restaurants with first-rate options for opulent enjoyment, each set to weave its own taste of magic - the 2702 Lobby Lounge, Midas Cafe and Yanagi Japanese Restaurant. May it be an end-of-day glass of wine or a cocktail to jumpstart a promising evening, the 2702 Lobby Lounge is definitely the place to go to and be seen at. Aside from the wide selection of cocktails, shooters, liqueurs, wines, and hard spirits, the 2702 Lounge also offers tasty treats and nibbles that will complement whatever drink is at hand. Culinary masters converge at the Midas Cafe to offer guests the ultimate dining experience ever. If the mere sight of palatable items laid out in a long buffet line is already an indulgence, then sinking one's teeth to them can be nothing short of divine. Midas Cafe offers everything from authentic teppan and sushi dishes, to classic Filipino dishes with a modern twist. The contemporary Japanese style at its finest is Yanagi Japanese Restaurant located at the Mezzanine floor of the hotel lobby. Experience a variety of specialties, with a sushi and sashimi bar, a teppanyaki / hibachi station and a la carte dining. Set along the majestic stretch of Roxas Boulevard, Midas Hotel and Casino is a short drive away from the domestic and international airports, convention venues, business districts and commercial areas . . .
