I am extremely disappointed with the very poor customer service of this hotel. I was already checked out and has already boarded the company bus to the airport when i was pulled out because I had to settle something. At the front desk, they told me there was a missing bathrobe in my room. Turned out the room attendant just...

The Midas gives the appearance of a nice hotel. A well manicured lobby. A nice reception desk that presented us with a local drink upon arrival. Even very aggressive bellhops to handle the luggage. Unfortunately the facade is just that. A skin deep, well, facade. Checking took forever. There was no organization and they didn't seem to understand the concept...

The hotel looks overall well kept for the Philippines. The bed was comfortable and the hotel gives 2 water bottles a day which is nice. However there are some issues - I found breakfast not very good (dry rice, mostly oily meat options, lack of healthier choices). Housekeeping came knocking on the door at 7:45AM and the WiFi was partially...

Only one person available at the reception, it took long time for check in and check out. Poor service and lack of hospitality. The lobby is quite nice, modern, and clean, but the room seems old and doesn't maintain well.

Basically a casino hotel - lots of Asian tourists. Good price, location close to hotel - but very smokey! The Japanese resto quite good if you don't have time to venture out. If you are looking for something cheap and reasonable - this works.

You wouldn't want to book here nor work here unless you want to deal with unprofessional hoteliers. The Hotel is okay but their service is terrible even the company managing this hotel. The food is okay even the price is a bit worth it but not exceptional.

I came from overseas. And since I have another flight the very next day, I chose to stay overnight to Midas by purchasing it via DealGrocer (Midas is only 30min trip from NAIA). It was on promotion! Deluxe room with breakfast for only 100USD. I wasnt feeling well when I arrived. I went straight up my room. Went straight to...

Our family stayed in Midas Hotel for a three-day staycation. The hotel was near Mall of Asia for a day of shopping. It also has a buffet with a good selection of food, but still incomparable to four-star hotels. The room is clean and cozy. The comfort room of the right size. The staff are friendly and accommodating.

Our MIDAS HOTEL experience was wonderful. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and spacious. The room decors and interior gives me a relaxing feel. We were checked-in a corner room so it was more quiet and peaceful. The balcony offers a great view of the city. It was relaxing to see the sunrise and the sunset amidst the busy streets. And...

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
Midas Hotel and Casino is the newest design-led lifestyle hotel situated along Roxas Boulevard at the coast of Manila Bay. The hotel is flocked by the Japanese Embassy and San Juan de Dios Hospital. It faces the Bay, a few meters from the intersection of Roxas Boulevard and EDSA. In the tradition of excellence set by the building's former occupants, The Sheraton, Savoy Philippines and Hyatt Regency Manila, this 225-room hotel continues to be THE venue for creating fond memories. Certain details of the original structure have been kept and integrated into the redesign of the building's interiors, creating a fusion of the past and the present in perfect harmony. In the chic and spacious hotel lobby, floor-to-ceiling adobe stone walls and pillars have been layered with chrome and crystals providing a stunning backdrop to its luxurious Italian designer furniture; while a fiber optic chandelier, possibly the only one of its kind in the Philippines, lends dramatic illumination. Throughout the hotel, this statement of modern glam and luxury is carried out in every detail. Midas forward-looking rooms and suites are carefully appointed, chic and have the feel of modern glam. All are pleasantly furnished natural fabrics and are equipped with upscale amenities. Executive floor guests get to enjoy buffet cocktails at the Sunset Lounge from 4 pm to 8 pm while taking pleasure in the sight of the Metropolis. Midas also offers restaurants with first-rate options for opulent enjoyment, each set to weave its own taste of magic - the 2702 Lobby Lounge, Midas Cafe and Yanagi Japanese Restaurant. May it be an end-of-day glass of wine or a cocktail to jumpstart a promising evening, the 2702 Lobby Lounge is definitely the place to go to and be seen at. Aside from the wide selection of cocktails, shooters, liqueurs, wines, and hard spirits, the 2702 Lounge also offers tasty treats and nibbles that will complement whatever drink is at hand. Culinary masters converge at the Midas Cafe to offer guests the ultimate dining experience ever. If the mere sight of palatable items laid out in a long buffet line is already an indulgence, then sinking one's teeth to them can be nothing short of divine. Midas Cafe offers everything from authentic teppan and sushi dishes, to classic Filipino dishes with a modern twist. The contemporary Japanese style at its finest is Yanagi Japanese Restaurant located at the Mezzanine floor of the hotel lobby. Experience a variety of specialties, with a sushi and sashimi bar, a teppanyaki / hibachi station and a la carte dining. Set along the majestic stretch of Roxas Boulevard, Midas Hotel and Casino is a short drive away from the domestic and international airports, convention venues, business districts and commercial areas . . .
