I would like to commend Raymark for being the best ever! The way he delivered his service is way beyond. Way to go! Raymark is definitely an asset! One of the reasons why I chose Shangri-La whenever I want to unwind is because of the people who worked here.
It has been our third time to stay in this hotel and the five star service has been consistent. I would like to commend once again Ms. Angel, for always so welcoming in the HEAT restaurant. Her hardwork is not unnoticed and I can see that she is always attending to all the guests with a friendly smile no matter how busy she is. I also look forward to seeing Kuya Rico from the egg station, who always greets everybody a good morning while making the eggs. Now, they also have Kuya Magtataho going around the tables offering the taho and kakanin. Leo and Carlo are superb on their tasks on this. I would also like to thank Dexter, Lawrence, Rodel and Karl, Khaila in the dessert station and Lesley for always attending to our needs. On a weekend, we also saw a magician entertaining us in the buffet. Kuya Jessie was really good with his magic tricks! It was my first time to see a magician on a breakfast buffet. What a treat! Our rooms are always clean and well supplied thanks to Nhen and Jun. When I was sick and always requesting for water, Raul and Erickson were always there to attend to my requests. The hotel also sent a nurse to give me a medicine right away. Whenever I have bags to carry, Felix, Rye, Russel, Adrian and Jomer were always there to help me. It is also a pleasure to be welcomed ny April and Imee whenever I enter the hotel. Thank you also to Jhyllian and Brix at the reception for attending to my requests. Great food! 4 cheese pizza was topnotch 🏻 Great service from sir raymark, maam mavic ang chef jose 💕💕 Sir raymark was very nice and attentive as well as maam mavic Chef jose does the best 4 cheese pizza 😅
We always like staying at EDSA Shang. (Also Makati and Fort) Great facilities. Great and healthy breakfast buffet menu and selections. Great and warm service. Great omelettes prepared by Chef Rico and his team.
The staff were accommodating and helpful. Ms Leah, as the head of the banquet, JP and Regi ensured that all the needs and concerns during the activity were taken cared of. Maraming Salamat po. PS JP is cute 😁😁
The location is good, safe and convenient to all.Service was excellent and the staff were friendly and attentive special mention to Dax Bellman he was very accommodating,Every need was catered with utmost making us feel so important.Thank you Dax for you excellent service! I return to the EDSA Shangri-La again and again because it’s outstanding service and beautiful facilities. But it is the service that really differentiated this hotel. From Chef Rico at Heat who goes above and beyond in serving the customers from a buffet line!!! To the housekeeping staff - Jen, Angel and their supervisor, Tess - whose attention to detail is impeccable and truly makes this feel like home. And the staff at the Horizon Lounge, specially, Eddie - whose public relations should take him to great heights. He made me feel so welcome at the lounge and personally takes it upon himself to ensure every customer is well taken care of. Of course there is Daisy, the massage therapist at the spa whom we request with everyone of our stay and visit to Chi. She has become the benchmark for all therapists we have met and she is still the absolute best. As you can see, I am an EDSA Shangri-La regular and it is the people that makes me coming back again and again! They ensure that your experience is the absolute best during your stay and they more than pass with flying colors!…
The staff especially the head are very accomodating and make our stay comfortable and easier.The food is excellent ... If u have plans to conduct trainings best choose Shangri-la. Everything will be provided to u . And the place is clean and high standard but worth it
My experience at the poolside has been beautiful. I’ve come back 3 times in my 3 day long stay. The pizza from Chef Angelo is delicious, and the service from Mavic and Raynark was wonderful. Very kind people. I left feeling very content. A must do if you are staying at the Shanrila !! :)
I was at Edsa-Shangri-La for business meeting and was very pleased with their banquet service staff who are attentive and quick in resolving my issues, special mention to Lea and Paulino who did a fantastic job. I will recommend holding meetings/events at this hotel.
