I booked reservation for four nights in December and decided only to stay for a night. When we got in, the whole room smells like cigarette, & the lamp shade wasn't working. The bathroom has broken faucet, & I could see some molds in some areas. I wish they would replace most of their furnitures. I guess everything has changed...

I stayed in the Junior suite. Nice comfortable room, and also equipped with a kitchenette. I believe the hotel is typically for local business people and Filipino tourists, especially when looking at the breakfast, which is more Filipino style then western style. But it was good and tasted well. Friendly staff. And 1 tricycle ride away from Mega mall Mandaluyong.

I was here to attend a Business meeting. Lobby was a little dreary, just maybe because it was rainy that day. The garden cafe overlooking Shaw Blvd. is well-lighted, though. Food is good, coffee is better than expected.

Last Jan 14, 2017 my family & I decided to go on a staycation here for my birthday because i know they have a low price yet elegant interior. I also book here so that my mom can cook for my birthday "handa" knowing that they have a kitchenette available. I booked using expedia.com and picked the 1 bedroom executive...

We had our Team's Christmas party here and it was okay since they weren't that critical on the number guests in the room. The first thing that needs improvement is the elevator. It was slow and they only had 2, so there was a queue to get upstairs. The room we had was okay but I believe it also needs...

We stayed in a junior suite with breakfast. Suggest to book in an online hotel website (travelbook) instead of by walk-in because published rate is almost twice. Hotel facilities and room are as described in the website except for the bathroom. No bidet, towel mat and sink was clogged. Highly recommended is their restaurant/room service. Food is very affordable (with...

When we got to the hotel and drove through the parking area. We saw a very cramped basement. The turns were very tight and construction debris was visible in every turn. It was a picture of ruins that might collapse any moment. From the parking area, we entered the lobby from the service elevator. There was a long queue in...

Sadly, I must say that my experience at this hotel has been the worst so far. I very rarely complain or give a bad review but everything at this hotel just didn't work out. First and foremost, parking area is problematic. Most of the whole parking area is boarded up to cover what seems to look like an unfinished construction...

We attended a planning workshop for 2 days so we had to stay in a room overnight. There were three of us, so we got a room that had 2 single beds in the common room and 1 queen size bed which was inside a smaller bedroom. The room smelled off, it seems like it hasn't been occupied in a...
