I would recommend staying here as they staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are very nice and clean and it is a well secured building. The location of the building made it easy to get around and there are an abundance of restaurants close by.

I booked a Studio apartment, it had all the needed amenities for my 7 days trip. Room service done everyday, breakfast included. Mine was a business trip, so if the room is booked through office credit card, they cannot deduct the money from that CC directly. I ended up paying for my entire stay and reimbursed from the company later.

We simply love the hotel. Reception will welcome you royally, the room (we have used this hotel frequently and always choose a studio....exceptional!) will be spotlessly clean and with everything you expect and some things you wouldn’t have which will surprise you. We have nothing but full recommendations for all of the staff, without exception, and Leroy who looks after the pool on the 9th floor (amongst other things, he is everywhere!) is a real asset to the hotel. This hotel works as a team and it shows. We cannot heap enough praise on them and that shows from the fact that we keep coming back. Excellent accommodation and the right quality/price for us, with staff who truly do care about the guest experience. What can you add in addition to that? Location...well, the reviews are there so can we say more. And at the weekends you will find the Citadines to be a haven of peace in an otherwise hustle bustle world. Simply lovely. Then there’s the ‘but’. And again it’s a personal viewpoint from 2 regular guests so you can of course take it with a pinch of salt, take it as straight or leave it. Breakfast at the Flying Pan where breakfast is served....ohhhh my. It’s simple and I guess adequate (some might say simple or mediocre) but what really irritates is that the staff there are on their gadgets at every opportunity whilst ignoring guests’ needs. I won’t name the guilty parties but we do know which ones, some of whom will even summon someone else when you ask for water and the jug is right beside them because serving a guest is clearly beneath them. And perhaps worse, they will happily disturb you at the start or in the middle of your breakfast, no matter what you are up to (whilst either eating or in deep conversation) to get you to sign the bill, often we have noticed before you have even seen the menu or even ordered. Simply no understanding of the customer. And until you do sign what they have placed unceremoniously under your nose, they will “hover” around your table until you do. Maybe this is cultural, but somewhat bad form in our view (and my wife is a Filipina so she of all people should relate to it however she is getting to a point where she is becoming weary of this place). The hotel needs to give this Flying Pan place a swift kick up the proverbial. You will not be disappointed by this hotel, we can say that with total confidence, but after a couple of days visiting the Flying Pan it is guaranteed to leave you scratching your head. Why the two are in business together is understandable, but indeed “the boss needs to be teaching the apprentice a lesson or two” . It lets the overall Citadines experience down. More is the pity. We know that you can’t please everybody and that the Citadines has wonderful reviews (for which as the Citadines stand alone we endorse 100%) but the breakfast experience doesn’t, unfortunately, meet our expectations. Mit freundlichen Grüßen Em and Sim

I booked a studio suite as I was staying for 1 week. On arrival everything was exactly as described online. Great room, separate bedroom, combined lounge, kitchen dining area. The door staff greeting on arrival, the seamless check in, the daily room cleaning staff, the pool area were all fabulous. At the end of my stay I asked for and as they didn't have my room booked I was granted a late check out of 4 pm which was outstanding.

What can i say about Citadines Salcedo. I stayed here for two full weeks and i still can't get it out of my mind. Citadines has defined what a true hospitality really means. It got great condos with all the facilities. It has a great location. And above all, the smiling faces of the staff you see round the clock makes you feel at home. The moment you get in till the moment you check out, its all about how to make your guests feel at home. This hotel deserved more than 5 stars from me. PROBABLY THE BEST PROPERTY I HAVE EVER SEEN IN TERMS OF HOSPITALITY
