LOCATION. Excellent for Greenbelt. A five-minute walk to Greenbelt 5. ROOM. I booked the two-bedroom which was pleasantly, surprisingly spacious, with a living area, dining table and kitchenette. The condotel is a bit dated but we weren't too bothered. There were a few missing cutlery pieces but it didn't matter too much as we ate out most of the time.... More

It's a good and not expensive (paid 1.650P with breakfast buffet) choice to stay in Makati near the greenbelt malls. Our room was on 2floor, big enough with kitchen (big fridge, cooking plate and microwave). Bathroom with shower and always hot water. Good wifi. Small rooftop pool and little gym. Only 2 slow elevators for 25floor building. Breakfast buffet was... More

Stayed at Prince Plaza Condotel between October 19-22, 2016. Room was located on the 5th floor with a fairly good vantage point over Dela Rosa street (Makati). Fairly spacious despite looking a little dated, especially the floor. Plenty of storage space and had a large wall mirror. Adequate kitchen facilities which include oven, microwave, mid-sized fridge and rangehood. Located in... More

The bad: Dirty room, dirty floors, stained bedding. The 'fitted' sheet was to small for the bed so our didn't cover the entire mattress, which meant I had to sleep with my feet on the dirty mattress (looked like it was the original from when it was first opened). The pillows were lumpy and when I asked for another, they... More

Close to shopping malls i.e Greenbelt, The Landmark, Glorietta, Hard Rock Cafe, etc. Room rate is cheap. The housekeeping service is good. Taxi also always there waiting & passing by. Its just the matter of the lift service, slower. Overall our stay in Prince Plaza II we find it in a very good service. 😊

At the end of our trip in the Philippines we have decided to spend the night in Manila before we fly back. This hotel was in a very good location in Makati so we could walk by foot to the shops to buy souvenirs, it was also very close to the Sunday market so we could enjoy that as well.... More

There was no room to transfer to. This is room 1903. Broken a/c, dripping to the floor. Management could have provided electric fan. Elevator was not working. Buffet Breakfast was much appreciated. But the cheap price cannot compensate for the grave discomfort. Will certainly NOT recommend this hotel.

Airport shuttle had to be paid for.. If it's been booked you have to catch a cab to go to the airport. Which happend to me and my small daughter but I don't mind.On the plus side it's located in a convenient location. Near to everything.

This is a no frills hotel in the heart of Makati. Very close to greenbelt. Hotel is dated, but rooms are large and the ac works just fine. I would stay here again due to the cheap price and location. Plenty of places to eat nearby.

It's an old building but interiors were recdntly renovated. It's not the most glamorous hotel but if you want a good place to sleep and under budget, this is a pretty decent option. It's pretty accessible to Ayala Malls, Ayala Triangle gardens and great Makati restaurants.
