The a section of the hotel was renovated and still another section is being renovated, the renovation gave Dusit a fresher ambience and a new feel. I love the room, though not as huge as other new hotels in Makati, it is still comfortable. My requirements in a hotel is that they should have soft, comfortable bed with clean fresh...

My family (2kids & 2 adults) stayed at Dusit for 3 nights in December 2016 & another 3 nights in Jan this year. We stayed in the newly renovated premier executive suite. The room was beautifully decorated, very spacious & very clean. The room was spacious enough for the 2 foldout beds I requested for the kids. The TV in...

No available non smoking room and we're put in the smoking area. Newly remodeled and new gadget. At night, it was dark and we inadvertently turned on a switch which we were told Do Not Disturb so our room was not clean. Front desk should give us a legend or explain what those new button means.

Cleanness of room is really ok however the warm water supply during peak hours is not sufficient enough. Well equipped with enough sockets to charge laptops, mobile phones etc. Ridiculous prices for minibar supplies like 600 peso for 2 can of san miguel beer!!!

Stayed at this hotel for 2 nights prior to our departure for the US. We were looking forward to stay at this hotel knowing that the hotel has renovated the rooms. The last time I was in this hotel was about 10 years ago. The lobby looks beautiful and grand. Check in was smooth and we were informed that we...

We stayed at The Dusit Thani Manila from December 27-January 2, 2017. Since our original flight to Manila was cancelled due to the typhoon they had, we took a night flight from Bangkok and arrived at the hotel at 9:00 am. Our check in on the Executive Club floor was smooth and fast. Our room 1540 was at the end...

It's kind of a joke that they say that they're a five-star hotel. They are nowhere close. The facility is average. Yet, it's still priced competitively with other hotels that are well above their league (i.e. Holiday Inn, New World.) They have one thing going for them, location- facing Glorietta Mall. I would also say that the rooms are clean.

We stayed here for new years eve jan 2015. Our room is great however the bathroom leaks whenever we take a bath. The leak continuous and it enters our room floor and it is really disappointing so, we called the operator and they quickly attended our problem. Our room is clean and it has an amazing view of the city....

We spent 2 nights here on our way to Boracay. Our room was a bit tired & musty smelling, but clean. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast restaurant was lovely & so was the staff. There are renovations going on, but not too intrusive. The location is great for the restaurants of Greenbelt.
