My family rented 2 suites for the night. First off only tenants have access to the pool, the rooms were VERY outdated and basic as well as dirty. This is my 3rd time in the Philippines (and Makati in particular)so i know what should be expected. The BSA Towers was also way over priced on top of it all, which...

Decided to try this place out. The pieces are cheap. These aren't 5 star hotels or anything but they are great. Got my self a 1 bedroom apartment. Good clean room. Has everything you need. Kitchen, living room and a separate bedroom. With a safe in the room. Bedroom is air conditioned. The apartment has a fridge and a small...

My family likes staying in the Makati area when we're in Manila. This serviced residence is situated near the Greenbelt area and therefore access to shopping and restaurants is very convenient. The place is also clean. What was missing was simple things like soap and shampoo supply in the bathroom. These are basic items.

We stayed here in April & May 2016. We read the bad reviews before booking hoping that management have implemented drastic changes since the last negative post but we were mistaken. PROS: 1. hostel is ideally located. The mall was literally across the street. There are at least two 7-11 close by in case you need snacks in the wee...

Great location- literally across the road from Greenbelt 5 and a short walk to Ayala Museum/ Triangle. Hotel.....hmmm..... unlike any hotel I have stayed in before. It's not really a hotel, no lobby, just a desk in the building. I booked 6-8 months ahead and requested a room with a large bed. On check in was told that was unavailable...

Had a really bad experience when I accidentally broke their couch because I was overweight and the couch was already too flimsy. And no, the issue was not because we partied, the issue was the mere fact that I sat in a weathered sofa and broke it was my fault. I honestly never felt more ashamed and degraded my whole...

Can't beat the location, just across from Greenbelt and all the great shopping, pubs, restaurants, etc. But the rooms and other facilities at BSA are not so great -- rather tired, worn and basic. If you're on a tight budget, the place is OK, but if you have a bigger budget, look for more attractive lodging.

Pros: low price (for Makati), good location straight across the road from Greenbelt 5, good sized apartment Cons: my rooms had recently been painted and smelled strongly, very slow and unstable wifi, bad breakfast Conclusion: ok for a couple of nights, but for longer stays I would go elsewhere
