It was my first time here. They require 2000pesos deposit aside from the payment of the room. + Room was spacious !! (something that I love about it) + The furnitures were ancient looking, even the TV, made me feel like I was in the province + full-sized mirror on an ancient cabinet as well. + bed was good. +...

Good service, very nice pool area where also a small restaurant is located, service crew always present (at least when i stayed there), good location, good room. I was upgraded to a small suite - bedroom and separate tv/living room and kitchen. Great - but air-con was not scaled for that so living room got very hot. Also it is...

Ok Makati is more of a business district. Hotels like these dot the area. The location is relatively close to greenbelt mall so no problem if you need good food and some after work window shopping. Right in a busy main road where antiquated jeeps still ply the road, belching diesel fumes and loud exhaust noise, so daytime might be...

Nothing exceptional really. Location is the only advantage. Perhaps they have to do something with the smell that came from paints and wax due to room renovations nearby. Also, they may have to fix shower knobs for easier operation

Hotel is clean, location is awesome but its old and a bit ran-down. I am supposed to check in with E-Hotel but they are full so i have no choice...

Wanted to stay close to Greenbelt, Makati and this is a good priced hotel. I would walk across the street and it is safe even at night. Close to restaurants too but availed of their breakfast because it is convenient and good enough. The people at the desk are friendly and helpful.

“Choose a room facing Pasay road for a fairly good view. If possible, check the air-conditioning unit before choosing a room. Make sure it can keep the entire room cool. Check the ref and the lights.”

“Upon check-in, note that you have choices between rooms at smoking and non-smoking floors. Also mention if you like your room facing the road or the other side. For rooms facing the road, you can have a view of the street, the traffic, and the building in front as well as the shops but expect minimal traffic noise. I assume the rooms facing the other side do not have views but the wall of another building.”
