Staying for many years now since they open, will continue to stay. It’s center of Manila busy city with many nicer shops and restaurants around. All staff by the door, restaurants and room cleans always nice which also includes the security outside are very professional and nice.

Being located near the Greenbelt gives you great access to great shopping and some of the best restaurants, all the best hotels are in this area and it is safe and the people are helpful and friendly. We go there a couple of times a year so we know the area well and love the vibe and the closeness of all the things available to make your stay comfortable, to travel into the local areas and places that are challenging can be done form this Makati area with good operators recommended by the concierge, we have done the old city of Manila and the challenging areas of smokey mountain with a guide and it was humbling and interesting. Made us respect these resilient people even more.

Had a shower area that was choked and flooded. Reported the fault, but it remained unfixed even though I was told the problem was rectified. Fruit basket in the room was unfortunately Mouldy, and the longans were spoilt. I did not bother to report it for fear of further disappointment or more spoilt fruit. I expected more from the Fairmont.

I had a bad migraine on my second day of stay and got total care from the dining staff, the Concierge, and the hotel nurse. I requested for my breakfast to be sent to my room. The dining staff noticed that I was sick and he cared to offer a hot soup and a ginger tea with honey. He even informed the Concierge with my condition. Concierge called to check if i need any assistance. He sent the hotel nurse to make sure that i am cared. The hotel nurse gave me 2 tablets of medicine to make me well. The dining staff sent me fresh fruits and a ‘get-well’ note. Super caring people! Keep up!

Service in cafe macaroon took them 59 minutes to serve the food. Maybe it’s because of the renovation ongoing. It’s good that the food is still hot. Supervisors of different sections should have ideas on the prices of buffet, check out time or other Informations so tgat when guests ask, they can give correct informations. Please relocate the garbage can away from the toilet paper dispenser in the restrooms or inside the rooms. Please provide heater for the pool during cold weather. Blanket of the bed is not warm enough. Me snd my sister enjoyed our rest day. Thank you for your hotel services.
