The Peninsula Manila is within walking distance from two of the city’s premier shopping and entertainment destinations—Glorietta and Greenbelt—with a wide variety of the latest and finest in international and local fashion and designer chic, arts, music, film, cuisine, jewellery, and consumer electronics. The hotel is 3.8 kilometers from the new business, retail and entertainment hub – The Fort in Bonifacio Global City – 9 kilometers from the Ninoy Aquino International Airport. The Peninsula Manila consists of two towers located at the corners of their namesake thoroughfares, Ayala and Makati Avenues. The hotel has a total of 351 rooms. Each of the guest rooms and suites, ballroom, meeting and events facilities and The Lobby reflect a global aesthetic with classic Filipino touches. Infused with “Timeless Filipino” accents like capiz shell embellishments, abaca fiber pillowcases and runners, each guest room is a luxurious sanctuary. For business travelers, there's the brand new, 90-seat The Gallery Club Lounge that overlooks the hotel’s iconic lobby and monumental “Sunburst” sculpture. It is a spacious, elegant, and private place enhanced with custom-designed tables and soft furnishings arranged in an intimate setting.

We had an exceptional experience during our stay at The Peninsula Manila and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Manila in the future. The hotel's convenient location, within walking distance of numerous restaurants and shops, made exploring the city a breeze. Despite the slightly older and smaller rooms, we found them to be incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful stay. Additionally, the hotel offers a range of amenities including various dining options, a refreshing pool, and a spacious fitness center, catering to all our needs during our stay. One standout aspect of our experience was the exemplary service provided by the concierge, Mr. Matthew Magpantay. He went above and beyond to assist us in securing last-minute dinner reservations for a party of nine on a busy Friday night, demonstrating a level of professionalism and dedication that truly enhanced our stay. Overall, The Peninsula Manila sets the standard for exceptional service and hospitality. We were thoroughly impressed with our experience and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to friends, family, and fellow travelers.

Hotel's Favorite
Majestic atmosphere, food was a bit lacking though, for vegans. The spa was heavenly. I felt very safe here, extensive and comprehensive security. The staff and concierge were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Filipinos have such great hospitality and friendliness. I am looking forward to come visit again.

This is a super nice hotel, with top notch service. It is a little on the high end for meals but there are other options than can be easily reached by a short 5 min walk. They have one of the better gyms I’ve seen for a nice hotel. The only nick against them was the first person at the front desk did not know how to handle our request of coupling nights together on the same reservation. This appeared to be a training issue since the next morning we were easily accomodated.

When we decide not to stay Hong Kong for the Lunar Chinese NewYear, we are thinking a place where are not many tourists guests talking my home language give me feel I’m in holiday, shopping mall must open for spending a day, we decide to visit Manila because there is a Peninsula hotel there! We really make a right choice, the hotel is great, you can’t feel any disappointment in all area. Furthermore, another surprising is the Lunar New Year atmosphere is stronger than HK Peninsula, the rooms is very comfortable 、spacious 、the traditional Peninsula decorate、the room temperature is cool enough to give you a good dream 、the bed so comfortable, we all sleep well than any other hotel recently we have visited during year of 2023. This history hotel have a very good maintenance anywhere even the public toilet at the busy lobby floor. Comparing with other top brand hotel dining experiences at the same area, I can definitely say with the high standard trading and management, Peninsula provides the best efficient service and warm hospitality to guests. If you feel to tired to line up for a cup of coffee at HK Peninsula lobby to enjoy the music band, here , you have same atmospheric in good service . The restaurants in hotel guarantee provide you good dining experience that you shouldn’t missed. The hotel provides message service to guests,I must specially name Mr. Ginno, he know I’m first time in Manila, he help to give me good advice of food、place for experiencing the modern local life 、arrange transportation etc to make me feel safe during the stay. Secondly, Camille ,she is one of the Guest Relationship Manager, she remember how to greet us and introduce some Manila local stories to us. Last but not last is Leona, she serve breakfast at club lounge, she’s not only remember my breakfast preference,on the third day, when she know that I feel headache, she prepare some food make me have appetite to eat. I can’t write all the good experience here, I will use action to proof how great we the family enjoy the stay experience in Manila, is we will definitely come back here for a short break to balance the busy life in Hong Kong. Before ending this review, I have to thanks the Hotel Manager to keep this historic property and train up such a big good team to keep and brushing the Peninsula Brand.

Staying here as I write this. The lobby is impeccable and very impressive but the rooms are just plain tired. The staff too are not up to par. When we are having breakfast in the lobby, it takes us ages to catch the attention of any staff for an extra order or even a glass of water. They are not short staffed either. They are just plain inefficient. The flagship Old Manila restaurant is slightly better but fastidious travelers will really understand quickly that apart from the lobby, the other areas are just lacking TLC.

This is an elegant and very large hotel in the heart of Makati. I have always loved it because it is such great service and also a slice of life in Manila because the lobby dining it is so popular with locals. The rooms are super comfortable, pool is great, has all the amenities you could want. Easy to walk to anywhere in Makati. It was beautifully decorated for Chinese New Year

Checked in here to get a break and rest from a busy week we had in El Nido. The check-in process is a breeze, although I think the staff overly explained everything to the point that we waited more than we should. The room is spacious and modernized. It could be my ignorance, but I failed to figure out how to adjust the thermostat to the temperature I want. Shower head and the toilet do not use the water saving device, so it think that's important to a place like Manila with water supply problem. The security guard/staff are heavily concentrated at the main entrance while no one is to be found at the side entrance leading to the shopping area across the street. Breakfast is one of the best I've seen. Staff and food served are 5 stars. Too bad I had a stomach upset, and I only had to eat a piece of French toast and a cup of coffee I'll definitely stay here again and absolutely recommend it to anyone wanting a great hotel experience.

Super luxury hotel in Makati. Fabulous service, great food, beautiful decor and fabulous attention to detail. Highly recommended. Beautiful BMW 7 series picked me up at Airport. All staff extremely courteous. Location is good too. Seven 11 store right next door if you need anything and many shopping malls and restaurants within walking distance.

First time came to Manila and stayed in Peninsula Hotel. Extremely high security standard which make me feel safe. Very traditional luxury hotel lobby with live-band performance on every night. Staffs are all very friendly and nice. They initiative to answer my questions about the surrounding area and provide lots of tourist information to me. Room is spacious and dustless, although the washing basin was found clogged on the first night, they fixed it immediately after I notify them. Love their chocolates and sweets which set up for my boy. We have Spent a night to eat the buffet dinner, good as other Peninsula Hotel in anywhere, fresh with a lot of variety. Would recommend to everyone who want to visit Manila.
