I never though that quarantine could be this good. At first i was kind of scared that i will be alone for 10 days inside the room but the front desk was really hands on to me. specially on my request. I want to give credit to the front office supervisor, Jose. He was very helpful and attentive to my requests. I would highly recommend Picasso Makati for your quarantine stays.

I stayed here for the mandatory quarantine coming from the US and I could not have asked for a better stay. Since I’m new to the whole quarantine and COVID testing process, I had a lot of questions and the front desk and staff were incredibly patient and kind answering them. My room was really good and the fact that it had a balcony was a plus. The meal services were also great. Checking-in and checking-out was really easy. Jose, who assisted me in both check-in and check-out, was really kind and helpful. Even though I was stuck in a hotel room for 10 days, Picasso Hotel really made it easier and actually quite enjoyable

Chose this hotel as my quarantine hotel as required by the government upon arrival from overseas. I wanted a room with a balcony which this hotel has. Lots of plus in terms of the circumstances. Allowed outside deliveries of food and the in-house restaurant was good. Check in - I came in early. The front desk staff was not readily available so I had to wait a few minutes. No problem. When the front desk staff came, he was wearing Birkenstock’s - hmmm. Room - overall the room was good. It was mostly clean but the decorative round rug looked old - would have been better without it. The bed was fairly soft and the sheets were comfortable. Air conditioning was strong. Comfortable desk and office chair to work. INTERNET - connectivity was quite good. Did zoom meetings and all without issue. TV - movie and news were available. Much appreciated since I was there for quarantine. KITCHENETTE - the room had a kitchenette. Stove top, exhaust, microwave and fridge were provided. Plates, cups, glasses and utensils was available. Extra items like pots could be requested. There was also a hot pot with coffee, tea, cream and sugar. Drinking Water was available and replenishment available too. BATHROOM - hot water was abundant. The rain shower needed tightening though as when you turn on the water, it would platter all over the bathroom. Thankfully there was a shower head to use. I didn’t have it fixed as limited interaction due to pandemic. It wasn’t a big deal for me under circumstances. Shampoo, tooth brush, etc were available. THINGS I DIDNT LIKE - difficult to call the front desk. Through out my week (during the afternoons especially), I tried to call the front desk a hand full of times. I was successful two times. The front desk apparently is not open 24/7 so be mindful of that. My worry is emergencies guests may have with no one answering the phone. The earliest they phone will be answered is 8am and the latest is 10pm. But as I mentioned, it was difficult to get them on the phone even in the middle of the day. WOULD STAY AGAIN? Yes. Overall it’s a good place to stay.

While we are glad that you liked the overall service, amenities and facilities, we’re extremely sorry that your experience with us was not up to par in terms of receiving your calls. The front office team is generally very attentive to guests’ needs and receiving phone calls. This is very unlikely of us. Nevertheless, we have addressed this to the Management to evaluate and execute solutions to deal with high volume of phone calls during this period. Likewise, in regards to the staff wearing sandals, we will investigate this matter and have a word to the team member involved to ensure this will not happen again. Arriving from Indonesia, we had to make a pre arranged hotel booking for our initial quarantine. I chose another hotel in the Makati area. But we found out before flying we were placed here instead. I was worried we were going to get stuffed in a place that wasn't nice. But to my surprise, the Picasso turned out to be great (and probably better) accommodation! It was roomier, even with the small kitchenette, with a flat stove and refrigerator. You had a proper desk to work on, a nice large TV and comfy lounge chair. The pressure & temperature for a hot shower was fantastic. And I enjoyed the scents of their shower essentials. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Paul greeted us with breakfast on hand. During check in, anything I might have thought of asking, Paul was ready. He was thorough with his briefing, which puts one at ease. He constantly manning the front desk with our requests and food orders. The housekeeping staff moved about as if not wanting to disturb guests. Every time anything was brought up to the room it was handled professionally. They gently knocked to notify you that items we're outside and managed even at a distance to greet you. We very much appreciated the addtional comforts Macky extended to us. The extra pillows and towels and evening treat was the cherry on top for such a wonderful stay! The only things that could be fixed/ improved on in our room was one light flickering, and that the larger showerhead happened to have small spouts of water that would wet the floor outside the shower. I have no complaints about the staff since whoever we came into contact with, all were friendly and helpful. For what we paid for, our stay felt luxurious - Coupled with that warm filipino hospitality that feels like home.
