At the start of the ECQ last March we were blessed enough that our company,VXI Makati provided hotel accommodation. So for almost two months, I stayed in U Hotel Makati. The rooms were clean and well ventilated. While there may be restrictions due to the pandemic like the buffet breakfast - they made sure that breakfast was still delicious, healthy and served attractively. We also felt safe , alcohol is always available, the lobby and floors were sanitized plus the other steps they took to prevent Covid 19. But more than all of these, staff members were prompt to respond and very friendly. Special mention goes to Elli and Roger who made sure that requests were provided immediately. Also worth the mention are the security guards who were also friendly but ensured we are safe. Kudos to the management and staff of this hotel. We may be away from our families at that time, but you made us feel at home!

They offer good service and people are courteous. The place is cozy and i love the ambiance from the lobby to the artsy hotel room designs. The coffee was great too and the cutest hotel slippers by far.🧡

Something that really shocked me about this hotel is that prior to booking I was really impressed by the reviews ..... however when I arrived at check in I was advised that I would be given a free noodle dish if I was to leave a 5 star review and email the hotel proof of it. This was quite shocking and quite honestly just a complete bribe in order to get high tripadvisor ratings. My room was really small and quite cramped. The view out the window was literally a wall which was horrible. No natural light. However it was clean and also had a room safe, there were basic amenities too. The lobby area has seating where u can chill out and snacks and drinks available for free all day. This was a good perk. You could help yourself to the snacks etc anytime you wish. Breakfast was also good and although there is not a huge selection, there’s a fair amount which was all nice. You can also ask for freshly cooked food too - I asked for waffles and they were good. The hotel is in a good location overall, I walked to one local mall and took taxis to other ones. I didn’t find the area unsafe or encounter any issues, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Dear 89-love-life, Thank you for taking the time to post your feedback on TripAdvisor. Your commendation to our staff will be passed on as this kind of feedback will keep them inspired and motivated to continue and do their work to give the best customer service that every Guest deserves. We’re glad that to hear that you liked our 24/7 unlimited complimentary refreshments, coffee and snacks that we also offer to all our in house guests. However We do not ask any Guests to give positive review in exchange of a complimentary meal, instead we do encourage them to give their honest review about their experience with us for us to know what we need to improve to satisfy every Guest needs. Again Thank you and We are looking forward to welcoming you back. Thank U and we hope to see U again soon. As always U Hotels Makati is all about U. Sincerely, Ericka
