I highly recommend this place for quarantine place. The first thing I notice when I walk by the hall way was there staff. They are very polite and helpful. I also wants to recognize their manager name Rod Navarro Jr. for giving me the best customer service. I would probably come back for my next vacation. Thank you !

This hotel is one of the worst I have stayed at. The room we originally booked was a studio type that had the weakest AC and worst bathroom I have ever experienced. We just came back from a long overseas trip and decided to give this one a shot because the hotel photos looked alright. When we got to the room it was so bad that we upgraded to a suite and that one was equally as bad. It had the smell of BO all over it, and I don't think they properly sanitized the room. One of the worst things in the hotel is that they tell you cant leave the room until you get back your covid test results back. On top of that they didn't have food at the hotel, it was so inconvenient and also dreadful since we had to just stay in our room the entire time which was about 48 hours. It was like a dungeon. The only way we could order food was from Grab or one of their delivery apps in the Philippines, that wouldn't accept cash as payment. To add gas to the fire they wouldn't accept our cards either. We eventually had to contact one of our friends in the Manila to order food for us over the app. A hassle for them and a hassle for us. Overall this hotel is just banking on clients paying for the 2 nights of quarantine and milking everyone for it. They are heavily understaffed and offer no cleaning services. I hope they shut this hotel down!
