we only stayed there for a night, the staff were very accommodating but the hotel itself feels old, parking is awkward, breakfast is average, we did not try the other menu. location is nice because it is near the center of the city. not recommended for family because it is very near a bar-disco that is noisy. Value for money... More

I booked this hotel with the help of a former colleague in Baguio. I knew of Golden Pine Hotel since I used to work in the city. I found its location to be central and convenient. Our scheduled bus left Cubao at 2:30am, I was expecting to arrive in Baguio around 8am but to my surprise, we arrived at the... More

The staffs are very accomodating and helpful. They provided us informations and they also delivered our requests in no time. The room is clean and the hk team is also particular with linens, however, maybe they need to change the towels. Breakfast are okay, but they need to man it more such that they can attend each guests. And hopefully... More

Friendly staffs. Very basic. Recommended for families/couples on tight budget. We stayed at Rm# 304, opposite to a night club and it was very noisy the whole night til 4am. It ruined our sleep.😁😁😁 All in all, not so nice but it was fine stay at least.

We chose their penthouse. Overall all I can say the experience was good to average.. The room is okay but the aircon is a little bit old.. Maybe they should change its position or add one more aircondition. The foods are very simple and small servings but fine. They have only 3 power outlet in the entire room.. Which is... More

This hotel is old and requires renovation. The carpet is smelly and our room was across karaoke bar so it was noisy at night. There is no fridge so we have to have our drinks kept cooled in kitchen downstairs. Breakfast is basic. The only good point of this hotel is that the Good taste resto is just few metres... More

The stay in Pines was generally pleasant. The hotel is old but it is well kept, no musty smell, bathroom essentials are old but clean, good water. Service was good and generally warm... accommodating too. Wifi facilities are working and well placed in areas where needed. The downside? The food is not good... typical hotel food but coffee is good... More

Everything is well served anything you need from the hotel and around the area is very accessible. I have no issue with the room I stayed and for me it's perfect! Attendants were all approachable and warm from the booking and from my arrival at the front desk till I checked out. I am satisfied. I will choose again to... More

Every one is friendly and helpful, from arriving in a cab, walking in the door, to the front desk and to the room. The room is relative spacious, has all of that is required. Even free Wi-Fi except a fridge! The location is central to most things with in walking distance to the markets, shops, bus and van terminals and... More

My wife who is from Baguio and I stayed there for our honeymoon. Great staff and location. The only complaint I have was the club across the street was loud until closing. I love Baguio. Good place in Baguio.
