We only stayed here for 2 nights. Pros: (1) the grounds were beautiful, well-landscaped and well-situated (2) walking distance to the Bell House, various nature trails, and even a zip line place. (3) wonderful staff (4) great massage personnel (5) reasonable prices for massages (6) large guest rooms (6) Hotel provided bottled water (good for brushing teeth also since tap...

After having come from The Peninsula Manila, it was a shock to find our dark, dank, dilapidated, and dreary (Forest View) room without centralized heating, and we had to sign an "Article of Loan" form to have an electric heater sent up to the room. Lesson learned: I will ensure that any place I stay going forward will have centralized...

Went there this weekend to attend a class reunion and the place was simply awesome. Service was good, room cleanliness is noteworthy and facilities are still at par considering that this has been around for many years. The food was likewise commendable... Hopefully, I will return if my schedule permits.

It's a treat for my mama's birthday and my papa's first timer in Baguio:) Me & my husband would like to commend Ms Kim for a very swift reservation via email. She provided good discount for the 3 senior citizen. We had 2 bedroom Superior room and Superior room next to each other with a relaxing garden view. Door knob...

The hotel is old, beautiful and cozy. The rooms are big and if you get a suite it has a kitchenette, dining area and living room. You can walk around the garden. When we last visited, there was playground and looks like only the older kids (at least 4 years old) can play in it. The breakfast was scrumptious. Even...

My husband and I stayed in this hotel before Christmas of 2016. The room we stayed in was clean and spacious. We had listened to the band in the lobby which played retro songs. The hotel ambiance of a country /wooden panelings were very interesting , making us want to stay longer. The staff were friendly

As the default hotel when in Baguio, hotel was quite full during our stay, so it got a bit crowded during meals at the restaurant. We stayed at a one bedroom suite which was more than enough for 2 people, with its own kitchenette, living room, and extra bathroom. Rooms are getting quite a bit dated, and it could get...
