Booking is hassle-free, the staffs are accommodating especially the receptionists, they can be contacted easily and are always ready to answer inquiries. They even allow us to drop off our bags even before check in time. Although the location is nearby center (walking distance from SM and Session Rd.), the ambiance is relaxing and peaceful. The room is clean and has just enough space to move comfortably. The bed is also comfy though there are minimal stains on the sheet (stains that were not removed through laundry). They also served good breakfast choices. Plus the hotel is quite eco-friendly, they don't serve plastic bottled water, instead, they have water dispenser where you can refill the glass pitcher provided in every room. Overall, it was a great place to stay!

Our rooms are new, nice and clean. Beds are comfy with warm blankets, smells good and clean. With complete toiletries. Bathrooms are clean with strong water pressure (needs a bigger shower head though). Thin walls so you can hear other people whenever they close their rooms. Staff are accommodating. Strong fast internet signal in all areas of the hotel. Hotel restaurant, The Voyager, has a quality, tasty and good food with a variety to choose from. Pastries are very good too! Price was also reasonable and great value for money.

Breakfast fare is limited. Not enough choices for kid's meal. The room we booked is supposed to be good for 4 pax , but even for 3 pax, it is already cramped. The extra bed/cushion they provide is old & stained. The extra blanket is smelly. The floor that we were on during our stay was noisy at night.

Location is perfect. Only few minutes drive to all the nice places in Baguio. The hotel is clean and the staff are very friendly and approachable. Though the place is not elaborately designed and decorated, you will feel so relaxed and it feels very so homey. The hotel restaurant, The Voyager, caters excellent food choices with very reasonable prices. All the food ranges have some personal and motherly touch..especially the taho served during breakfast and the home made bread, cakesand pastries... Its our home away from home in Baguio from now on..

Comfy bed, strong water pressure in the shower. Prompt efficient service. Establishment is very old and dated and badly needs updating. If you're looking for a good night's sleep, maybe wear earplugs unless you're a super heavy sleeper. We had the misfortune of staying along with a large group of extremely noisy men who were very loud and kept banging their doors in the wee hours and as early as 5 in the morning. Not a good thing when you're tired from a work trip. Another point on how thin the walls are, my officemates could hear snoring from the next room. If a good night's sleep is what you're after, I wouldn't recommend it.
