Room is basic and plain, but you can get a good deal for their rooms during the rainy days promo. Paid around P1600+ for a standard room good for 2. Great buffet breakfast included in the rate. Few steps from session road

For the positives: 1. Hearty eat-all-you-can breakfast which comes free with your stay. 2. Easy reservation and check-in. 3. Very friendly staff. 4. Affordable 5. Very near Session Road. The not so good points: 1. Need to improve on maintaining the hotel. 2. Very basic (but of course, for the cost, why expect if to be fancy). Overall, I had... More

we stayed for the night at the deluxe room with my family and the rooms are nothing fancy. over all stay was average and the fact that the room comes with free breakfast buffet is value for money. the public areas are not as neat as their rooms and hallways. although relatively new, there is a feel of "messy -... I've read a lot of bad raps about this hotel but looks like they did something about their bad reviews. I paid P3200 for a deluxe room so apparently that's the best one you can get there. It was on the top floor with a veranda and so I had a great view from my room. The room itself was... More

1. Dirty rooms (we got connecting rooms worth Php8,500) 2. Very noisy during nighttime because of vehicles and in the morning too starting at 4:00am, due to roosters answering each other until 7am 3. hard mattresses 4. very dusty floor 5. bad service - they forget your requests, they charge Php100 for an additional pillow, no toothbrushes, slippers until you... Stayed overnight here enroute to Manila from Bontoc and it's an okay place. • Rooms are good-sized. Toilet and bath is a bit on the small side and the door locks by itself and freezes up. • We got a room that faces another hotel and while the next-door structure didn't block ventilation/air flow, we did see the unsightly (read:... Location is definitely a Plus--so near the City center--and yet a step back. Free Parking is a + because Baguio's eternal problem--so near--just take a stroll 24/7 around the safe area--enjoy the climate!!Once you get settled in ,you dont need to drive anymore- across the hotel is back door of Lady of Atonement Cathedral--can hear Church Bells ringing for daily... We saw this hotel after a long drive from Manila. We didn't have any reservations but we were accommodated right away. Pros: -Great location (near Cathedral, SM, restos, etc) -Affordable (only P2,100 for 2 persons with free Breakfast Buffet) -Free valet parking -Approachable staff Cons: -No aircon nor fan -Weird floor plan (our toilet is attached with the sink [Room... Good location w/ a great view of the rest of the city. Since it's still relatively new, the facilities are reasonably comfortable and convenient. The hotel boasts of a fancy "electric" fireplace in the lobby which is a site to see, and it's restaurant offers a great buffet. They also have a large, spacious conference/convention hall for big events. However,... More
