This one was by far the worst! I and my family checked in here last Panagbenga 2016. I thought it was a simple transient house, the lobby is okay. Before going to our room, the front desk agent asked us for the payment for 1 night and we paid for family room with extra person total of 3000 pesos. As... More

We stayed in this Inn few months ago. The lobby was okay and the 2 staff were very nice to us. There's no towel in the room, when we asked for it, the friendly staff told us that towels are not free. When we asked for hot water, again, it's not free. There's no outlet in the room for charging.... More

I made my reservation 3 weeks before the panagbenga festival. most of the hotels are fully booked so i dont have any more choice but to try this place, i made a call from manila to baguio and i talked to the owner Ms. Susan, she insisted me to pay minimum of 2 days, but i told her if i... More

Shouldn't be your priority hotel just because it is within the bus terminal and a few meters away from SM. They have a nice lobby and a cafe / bar below the lobby. Thid could be a good thing for some but not for me. You can hear the noise the band is producing all the way to your room.... More

Can't believe all the bad reviews that I read after I got here. The staff were very helpful and the dormitory had lockers for my bags. (bring your own padlock). Admittedly the inn could do with a clean but it is located right by the bus station so ideal if you have to catch the bus the next day. Hot... More

Bad luck that what I can say when we had no choice but to stay here. I was a loyal customer of Hotel 45 and sadly they're fully booked when we arrived. Some guy from Baguio Tourism Dept referred us here and we had no choice since this was the only hotel/inn that can accomodate us last Jan30. Well, I... More

No, I never stayed at this hotel, thank God, but I visited some unlucky soul. The place is literally a trash bin, a collection site for feces and urine. The city government should shut it down, burn the whole building and pretend it never existed.

My family and I (5 adults and 2 children) were booked by a friend on this hotel who paid Php2,500 deposit on our behalf. Despite negative reviews, we have been advised that the hotel has undergone renovations. Well, a big no no. Place is dirty, location is dodgy, service is the worst I have ever experienced. Front desk did not... More

I can be quite short about this one. Just a glimpse of the rooms was enough to quickly take our bags elsewhere. The place is dark, noisy, infested with cockroaches and just plain filthy. The rates are hilarious or must I say embarrassing. Instead we went to the Rajah Soliman Hotel which is cheap (P 500 for a double room),... More

This hotel is terrible as in... the dirtiest ever hotel that I’ve visited in Baguio. The staffs are not accommodating! What's in their website is absolutely fake! When I entered the room, cockroaches are everywhere…bed, floor and in the CR. The beddings and curtains are very dirty. The CR is disaster, looks like never been cleaned for so long... Really...
