Well, I didn't expect much and I believe that did well for me because there really wasn't much to expect. My family and I went for a short family vacation and we stayed in this hotel at Room 302 (non-smoking). It was considered a standard room with balcony. The room's door was quite a challenge to unlock. The room's lighting...

1st new! The staffs are hospitable with a smile, in their restaurant Wow the waitress almost run to serve you👍 walking distance to the park and the city, one thing only hope they'll vacum the room floors before you use it & better if you can't hear the noises to the other room...

Inexpensive and clearly in need of some work. Staff were pleasant and very helpful.Location is central but there are better hotels in the area. Allowed an early check in but the room wasn't cleaned. Good example of you "get what you paid for".

Room didn't have much sockets. There are very few lights. The pillows are too small and thin. You'll be charged 50 for an extra pillow. The toilet has no bidet. Worse, my toilet was clogged. No slippers provided. No bottled water provided.

Its a place i would always want my me time to happen. Its conducive for report making, the lights are perfect. Its not too noisy at 5 onwards. Internet is not that bad. It also gave me some kilig moments when i always see the same two couples in their 70s dine together in the restaurant. At the corner of...

My friends and I stayed there for 3 days and 2 nights. In terms of Location, it's just 10 mins walk away from Burnham Park. There are some restaurants and fast food nearby in case you got hungry. It's affordable because the room is spacious. However, they need to improve their services. Wifi is not accesible in our room. In...

My boyfriend and i spent our Christmas in Baguio. We checked in on this hotel which i first heard from a college batchmate when she also went to Baguio a month ago. Amidst the Christmas rush, i was very thankful we got a room here for a night.. although we were hoping to stay here for 2 nights but they...

Nothing is so special about this hotel. It is old, the rooms are not that fancy. The beds are clean but creaky and the showers and the tub too. The food at the restaurant is ok. Location is great as it is near Burnham Park and if you are up for a stroll, the market, Session Road and the Ruins...

“Sucks! Cockcroach in our room. U pay for extra persons but dont bother to provide extra towels and toeletries. When i approach the front desk upon check out about thiis they said i should have requested. Crazy people. Its not my job or duty to do so. Its yours. The management should train nice people in their business for their own good. The smell of the kitchen even reached our room. U cant even connect to wi-fi.. This is really disappointing. I did not get what i paid for. Waste of money.”
