It was our first time to visit Baguio and the decision of staying at AJ's was the biggest mistake me and my friends made. Upon arrival at the inn, the receptionist is in doubt to stand and show us the room as she was too busy ticking her mobile that early morning. After 10 minutes… FINALLY! She showed us the...

Me and my friends stayed here for 2 nights and 3 days and this is the worst pension house ever. Staffs are very unprofessional. They don't care about their guest coz they're busy doing their Monkey Business. They always using mobile phones/other gadgets while on duty that they don't even noticed their guest's coming or going out. No greetings from...

The worst pension house I ever stayed in my 25 years of existence. Very unprofessional staff, wherever you go, you could see their staff chatting with their colleagues, holding their electronic gadgets like tablets and phones "maybe they're playing games, Facebook, texting or whatever it was". I only heard that they greeted us when we arrived and imagine they didn't...

We stayed for 3 days 2 nights. Got the room for only 900 pesos per night. The room is clean, has two beds (1 single, 1 king size). We were three in the room. Bathroom is shared. 1 thing about the inn that needs to be improved is the HEATER. Overall, place is really good if you are on a...

The location is good, about 10 minutes walk/hike to the Cathedral, Session rd. and SM. Our room's big enough for six person (spacious) but the toilet is really small. Heater is not working (not sure why). Receptionist is quite masungit. They have restaurant and wifi is only available on the lobby. If your on a tight budget, I'll still recommend...

This was a nice surprise! The rooms was small but comfortable. The house was in a quiet area of the city. I was able to sit out on the balcony for an hour or so and enjoy the quiet after being in Manila the previous 5 nights. The restaurant in the hotel was good and the meal was home cooked....

We stayed for 3 nights here. We arrived 5:00AM there, and since there's a vacant room, they were nice to let us stay early than the check in time. The place was clean, the beddings, towel and curtains were ok and smells nice. There's hot shower, cabinet with hangers, and cable tv. Abundant taxi pass by in front of the house,...

I don't know what happen to the previous management. The last 3 stay is good. This is our 4th stay at AJ Pension House. Every year we choose to stay here because of good service and easy to transact receptionist and cozy rooms at the 2nd floor. But now everything changes even the service. We reserved a room 2 days...

This is a fairly small guest inn, situated near bottom of fairly steep street. This may be a problem if you are old and infirm, but its no problem if you are reasonably fit. The rooms are fairly small but very clean and all inclusive. We never encountered any noise or any other problem the few times we stayed here....

we found this by accident late at night. well worth the money charged. a triple room was p 1200, the beds were ok for the price and everything was clean. No hot water but that was the only complaint, If you want to sleep - avoid room 101 on the ground floor if there is a party in the restaurant/...
