I can not say enough incredible positive feedback about the Hotel Regional Manager Alexander Carmelino, magnificent Security team, Front desk staff, Dining room service , Luggage porters, Parking lot attendants and every staff member. The food was excellent too! My mother is in electric wheel chair & a paraplegic. We required alot of support and physical assistance from the hotel staff and they never not once disappointed, not once did they ever not accommodate us . Always with a smile. Always ready to help, with such caring and compassion it made my mother feel so taken care of and welcoming that we will never forget this. This trip was my mother's return to her country after 7 years. She said when she arrived at the hotel that she felt like she had really arrived to her country, THAT is how good the hospitality was. Outstandng visit. All áreas showed great efficiency and responsibiity in their service being very Swift in the response to all requests made. The restaurants were always well supplied and the personnel was always cheerful, well uniformed and well groomed. The swimming pool was crystal clear and towels were ever available. Top notch service in reception from beginning to end of our visit. The breakfast buffet was OUT OF THIS WORLD!!! Keep up the SUPERB SERVICE!

This is the second time I stay in this hotel, and recommend for business or pleasure. Very nice staff, comfortable beds and clean rooms, and good food options. Conveniently located in the Urb. California neighborhood with short rides to shopping and restaurants. The downtown district is a 15-20 minute ride. The hotel offers free shuttle service to/from the airport but you need to reserve 24 hours in advance.

I stayed at both Hilton and Costa del Sol. Avoid Costa del Sol. Staff and ownership are rude. Will not go back. They hawk over you constantly. It was not a pleasant experience. If you can avoid go somewhere else. Trujillo is a great city!!

We stayed here in June while we visited local family.The rooms were immaculate and comfortable; the pool area was beautiful and peaceful. We appreciated the selections for breakfasts (they varied the hot selections each day) and had very nice lunches too. One guest in our group had a bad stomach and asked the kitchen for a special request for chicken soup without noodles/gluten. It was quickly delivered and absolutely delicious! It was details and care like this that made our stay very comfortable. We will stay here again when we visit.

Next time you come to TRUJILLO don’t think twice on staying here. Very comfortable rooms, friendly people, amazing food and amenities. The quality of the beds and rooms are really nice. Great location. Shuttle bus makes your journey even better as ours puntual and good.

This is a very nice hotel that is outside the city center. The swimming pool is enormous and very nice. The grounds are well-kept and I especially like the llamas and alpacas there in the back. The food in the restaurant is spectacular, the staff is very friendly and very helpful. The gym with the spa and the sauna are well-equipped. The rooms are a good size and the beds are comfortable. Trujillo is a nice city and I especially liked visiting the Chan Chan ruins and the horse show which is nearby.

We totally enjoyed our stay at this Wyndham hotel. The rooms were very clean with enough room. The customer service was exceptional. The staff at the desk and the restaurant were totally accommodating, friendly and professional. We did not use the pool because we were on tours most of the day but the fitness center and the massage services were very affordable and wonderful. I definitely recommend this hotel which is in a quiet area away from the center. There are also llama in the backyard that you could visit and photograph.
