Great location, staff helpful, giving restaurant recommendations and sorting taxis for us. Rooms very dated. Our window had a gap in it and there was an event in the square which was extremely loud- luckily it didn’t go on too late. Rooms quite odd, our shower had a shower seat and a random contraption in it! Rooms very hot and either side of the door had a frosted glass panel which the light from the atrium shone into meaning the room was very light. Breakfast was ok but as others have said, it wasn’t replenished regularly and some things weren’t warm. I would prob give this a 3.5 but can’t so based on other hotels we’ve stayed at it’s a 3 based on hood location and staff but dated rooms and not great breakfast.

Great location, spacious rooms, and helpful staff. Breakfast was the lowlight, with many items not replenished (coffee, eggs, meats) and the bread was stale. Recommend going to one of the many wonderful bakeries nearby for breakfast instead.

It's a very nice hotel. The staff are helpful and very nice. I enjoyed my stay. It's located on the town square and just steps away from a main shopping street with restaurants, shops, banks. There is a lot of taxi nearby

Service was great, workers were nice and very accommodating, hotel is centrally located close to eateries and right in the town center, great location. The room was comfortable in size and clean. It looks like they maintain the hotel had new paint. Will recommend to friends and family!

No feeling for you as a person, only want money. They are very unreasonable in dealing with us. We tried to explain illness and they do not care at all only care that they get your money. Do not make reservations here

Dear Bruce, An Expedia assistant wrote us in order to eliminate the charges of your reservation because of illness. We respond in a good attitude to the assitant and asked her to send us your medical certificate or treatment, but she didnt answer anymore. Just clarify that when one guest send us his/her medical certificate, we inmediately eliminate the reservation without charges. Have a nice weekend!

This was a great hotel right in the main plaza of Puno. We had a view of the plaza from our room, which was delightful. Rooms & bathroom was spacious, they had an elevator (don't take it for granted in the high altitude), and the customer service was excellent. CONS: It can definitely be noisy from neighbors and the plaza (though, to be honest, I don't know if it's fair to call this a CON of the hotel, because it comes with the territory with staying in the main part of the city - it was expected, but it is something to note). Skip the restaurant- they only served a portion of what was on their menu, so very limited choices. While there is free breakfast, we went early, and everything was cold and felt stale. I would stick to toast or have breakfast elsewhere

We stayed here while in Cusco, and came back to it after we went to Macchu Picchu. The hotel is super clean & staff is helpful and nice. They leave you 2 complimentary bottles of water every day. With complementary small chocolates on your pillow :) Nice gesture.. Breakfast is very nice and they have a variety. Their juices were all so nice & fresh. Loved tasting different kind in the morning. Would definitely recommend this hotel when staying in Cusco!

The room was small, but comfortable and clean. The balcony that overlooked the square was nice, although we were there during a festival and the party went on till 330 AM, then someone else started playing saxophone at 5 AM. the breakfast provided was excellent.
