We had a wonderful time staying at this hotel. Great location and excellent service. Fredy and Julio were especially helpful. They let us check in early, and recommended a boat tour at a good price. I had pretty serious altitude sickness. They provided free oxygen and coca teas, which were a life saver! The restaurant food was good and the rooms were clean and comfortable.
Reserved a room for two nights at Casa Andina Premium in Puno. Hotel looks very upscale, and personnel efficient and friendly. Attempted to check in, but was informed that there was not a room available for first date of October 29 th. Reception personnel stating that another hotel room was available for the first night, at Casa Andina standard, with transportation to hotel, as well as return to premium hotel for breakfast buffet. This offer was great for us, as it is very conveniently located with multiple restaurants, great shopping, and close to the plaza de las armas. Very generous offer, and will only have to pay for 1 night at Casa Andina Supreme Hotel Puno.
Nicd hotel clean n quit Fredy the bellboy helped my sister with oxygen he was really great! Awesome person! Food is good, shower aren't so good, the stream isnt strong but sufficent, the team is really nice
Beautiful hotel and fantastic location right on the lake. The rooms were beautiful, very clean and the beds were so comfortable! The staff was very friendly and welcoming. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant two nights and the food was excellent... very fresh and very tasty. The one suggestion we have is to possibly encourage guests leaving for early tours to be a little quieter in the morning. We were a couple of rooms away from the lobby and both mornings, the tour groups were very noisy (dragging luggage down the stairs, loud voices in the lobby, etc.). This was not the hotel's fault, but ti would be nice if they could encourage the tour group leaders to be respectful of other guests especially so early. Wonderful experience though and we loved the hotel!
A beautiful hotel with great staff. Food is excellent. There is a long dock going across the marsh to the edge of the lake where we caught a gorgeous sunset. Only issue is the hotel is in seedy location that is not walkable.
They gave us a twin room, even though we booked a Double. No one seemed to Care or feel responsible, No one ever apologised. Rooms are very Basic. The only Highlight was Jesus at the bar! He was soooo friendly, the Drinks were amazing! Suhc a wonderful Person .
The week that passed, I had the opportunity to visit the hotel, my stay was 3 nights which were spectacular, what I highlight the most is the service of the staff where I especially mention Brenda and Jimena for their dedication and kindness. The Hotel has an excellent location and the facilities are excellent. Widely recommended for a stay in PUNO
Excellent location by the lake and a private pier for boat ride to the floating islands. The on site restaurant has nice vegetarian and vegan options. Cesar made special items for us- tasty Chinese rice and Margarita Pizza which were not even on the menu! Thanks!
We staid at casa andina at Puno at Lake Titicaca (pronounce lake titihaha) and we had the Best service from Jesus at the bar, great stories from Puno, best drinks and food. Thanks Jesus for everything!!! You made us feel like home.
I was visiting Puno with 10 friends and we decided to have drinks at the hotel bar (Casa Andina Premium Puno). Jesus was tending bar and he worked hard with a full smile on keeping us topped off on our favorite beverages. Excellent drinks and fantastic service! ¡Muchas Gracias!
