Given the very decent price of this hotel, we were happy with our stay. Fully equipped bedroom (large bed, safe, table and chairs) and bathroom (nice shower with hot water), good breakfast (the fruit juices and fresh cut fruit were excellent), decent service (although they didn't make our room after the first night, probably because we slept quite late. We...

We stayed here as part of a tour either side of a night on the lake. The first night we were in a small cramped room which smelt very badly of wet rotting towel. Next time we had a nice room on the fifth floor, better wifi, better space and better ventilation. Otherwise hotel was fine, nothing wow but comfortable...

Good hotel just one block away from the Plaza des Armes. Service is good, a bit more smiling faces would be even better. rooms are not to big but functional. Breakfast is very simple but thats almost everywhere in Peru.

This is a multi-story, older property in downtown Puno, around the corner from the Palacio de Justicia. It is on a crowded commercial street, but is convenient to most of Puno's attractions. Rooms on the third floor and above, even those fronting on Jr. Cajamarca, are reasonably quiet. The rooms are spacious, well-tended, immaculately clean, and offer ample closet space...

Nice little comfortable hotel with vast rooms. We unfortunately heard the noise of the of the tourists, in the hotel and from the street. But I believe it's the same in all the village. The staff is very helpful, and the hotel will keep your luggagewhile you visit the Macch Picchu, for instance. We should go back there with pleasure.

I don't know about other rooms but 205 is really bad. Went to the front desk and asked about another room, she just shook her head. Tried to explain the problem hoping they'd at least come have a look at the sewer and I just got a blank stare. Again I don't know about other rooms but the staff didn't...

Stayed here as part of GAdventures trip and was one of the best we stayed in. Very clean, large room and, importantly a great shower with hot water which was much needed! Also the wifi worked well, better in the lobby. The breakfast on the first day was a bit of a mess as there were multiple groups staying there...

There is nothing that stands out for me about this hotel, good or bad, other than its a good location. I did find the staff very helpful if we needed anything. It does have an elevator for the higher floors. If possible, request that you face the street. The rooms are much brighter. The first room we had on the...

This was a comfortable hotel one block from the Plaza D'Amas. The staff were very welcoming and we were given a cup of coca tea on arrival. The room was modest but had everything needed including a very comfortable bed and pillows. We were in one of the front rooms on the street which was noisy during the day but...

Good location near the centre of Puno but otherwise very average hotel. Nice bathroom & plenty of hot water. Nice comfortable bedroom. Breakfast fine eggs & fruit but nothing really special. Wii Fii intermittent as most places in this part of Peru.
