When on vacation we do not usually worry about Wi-Fi, we try to communicate home once a day via facebook, Skype, iMessage, but this hotel had the best Wi-Fi that we had during our travel around Peru. The restaurant had an above average breakfast buffet, they did not publish anywhere but we found that we could get "made to order...

I didnt know what to expect but this hotel turned out to one of my favourites of the journey. The lobby is really nice, with some couches and a real fire. We were in a group of four and they put us in two rooms, that were adjoining with that door that people sometimes use. So that was fun. The...

We knew that according to the price we were only going to get a side view of the lake. It was a good view anyway. Very kind staff . The hotel caters for europeans. We did not see anybody else there. Probably inconvenient if you plan to walk into town. But they called a taxi to take us to the...

The hotel is clean, roomy and nice. But the downside is its location fairly away from main streets. Thus you got to use hotel cafeteria for dinner or drinking beer or wine in the evening unless you have a car.

The staff was great. Location is not in central Puno, so you are there for the duration but they have a great restaurant, shopping and Alpaca's in the garden that greet you from the window when you eat :)

This hotel does the job. It is clean and very simple and has interconnecting rooms. The restaurant is pretty basic but the food is ok. The hotel staff are helpful (we had a problem with our travel company and they made few phone calls to sort it out). This is a good place to stay if you're using it as...

While not the most scenic or beautiful hotel, Eco Inn provides all the basics and good service. We didn't dine at the restaurant but had the concierge call for a taxi to take us into the city (about a 10 minute drive). She gave us a map and helped us with directions from the restaurant to the main square(s), where...

My travelling companion and I stayed two nights here in between a trip taking in Lima and Cusco. The main downside is that the hotel itself is on the very edge of Puno and about an hour's walk into the centre or the transport terminals. We took cabs which were about 10 Sols each which isn't horrendous but if you're...

Arrived around midnight, very tired. Check in went quickly, the oil space heater kept the room nicely heated. The bed and blankets were just right. Woke up the next morning, opened the drapes and my view looked into the llama/alpaca pen. When I went down the next morning, I was told there had been a slight problem with the exchange...
