Perfect location, down the street from the square with lots of restaurants. Very clean, beds perfect and quiet. Breakfast was good. Staff brought oxygen to our room at the time we asked them (6:05 AM). I was looking for a couple of glasses of ice and the restaurant wasn't open yet. 20 minutes later there was a knock at our door and ice was delivered without our asking for delivery. This hotel took customer service to the next level.

Best hotel ever! Fabulous customer service, beautiful dining room, wonderful breakfast. Brought oxygen to our room when we had trouble with the high altitude. All-in-all exactly what you want from a hotel whether vacation or business.

The hotel is clean and comfortable and the staff friendly and welcoming. They allowed us to leave our bags before we left to spend a night in Amantani even though we were not yet customers. Additional types of fruit at breakfast would be appreciated.

Very friendly staff, nice hotel. When we needed a doctor for our son he arrived within 30min of calling. Staff was very helpful and friendly in supporting during this time. Location is very central and quality is good.

very friendly staff, safe place to stay, could leave our luggage while going to titicaca lake for some days, there was even a heater in our room, the ladies at the reception were super helpful and the rooms a very clean

The hotel is in nice location, only 4 blocks to the ocean and near many good restaurants. The room is a bit of small, you need to bring your own lotion. Breakfast is good, nice drinks. Staff is friendly.

This was one of our last hotels that we stayed at in Peru. It was probably the best one. Although Puno is cold in the winter when we visited, the rooms were fairly warm as we could turn on the wall heater. The water pressure was as strong as can possibly be, and there was plenty of hot water. The beds were fairly comfortable. The carpet was a bit dingy, however. The breakfast buffet was decent. They had an assortment of fresh fruits and juices. Bread was delicious.

We stayed in this hotel for a couple of night during our trip in Perù. We find the room clean and we are satisfied. The breakfast was quite good, even if offer a small choise of sweet dishes. However we are satisfied.

Hotel Hacienda Puno is located in a very good position, just 2 minutes walking far from the main square (in the surrounding there are many stores and restaurants). Room is pretty big and clean. Kind service and good breakfast.
