Clean and helpful staff. It got cold at night and we had ask for a heater. The staff made us chicken soup when we became unwell. 😄no elevator, stairs. The hot water takes awhile but it does come. It's beside a school which can be filled with playful noise, so don't plan to sleep in.

Very attentive and helpful staff, rooms are nice with hot water and cable tv. Great location walkable to the main square and free wifi and nice buffet breakfast with eggs cooked to order. Good mid range option.

I stayed here as part of a tour group. The room was dark and dingy and the hot water trickled from the shower so slowly it was hard to rinse soap off. Breakfast was very badly organised - first coffee but no cups or cereal bowls. When they arrived coffee was empty and when refilled and returned it was stone... More

We stayed as part of a tour prior to a two day excursion on Lake Titicaca. The hotel is basic, but comfortable if you are only staying for one or two nights as it is also within walking distance to the restaurants. Only negative would be that the hot water was not always on - but after phoning reception it... More

We stayed here with a grouptour for 2 nights. The hotel has no restaurant, breakfast is limited, and rooms have no electric heater (only on request). It can be very cold during the night. Behind the building is a school, what creates a lot of noise. There is always free coca tea. A drink very usefull against altitude sickness.

Stayed for 2 separate nights. The hotel is OK for budget but in South American winter it is cold at night when the temperature drops well below freezing with no central heating. The second night we discovered you could ask for a small electric heater from reception which helped. The location of the hotel is good although being next door... More

We stayed at this hotel as part of a tour, so we were here twice. We had two difference expierences. The first visit wasn't great the room was freezing. Found out you have to ask the front desk for a heater. It was walking distance to all the major restaurants. The breakfast was okay nothings great. We had to change... More

Another fairly average G adventures hotel. Cited in a reasonable position approximately 10 minutes walk to the centre of town and 10 minutes rickshaw drive to the lake. This hotel has clearly seen better days although it is quite nice in its communal areas. The rooms were acceptable if somewhat spartan shower was good Breakfast was okay. Would certainly consider... Very centrally located close to restaurants and shops. Every member of staff was cheery, welcoming and genuinely pleasant. Breakfast was average although we found this common around Peru. The rooms were outdated in an almost comical retro way, some updating would go a long way.

I have just walked out of the Italia and crossed the road to the Imperial. I had hoped to stay at the Italia but my online booking was not answered, so I was pleased to find a room available The dealbreaker was that the wi fi was not working and I needed to use it. Additionally I had to change... More
