The staff was VERY accommodating! After our stay was over, we went to Taquile Island for a night. We we returned we had a long wait before our bus to Cusco. They were gracious enough to hold our large bags so we were free to have dinner & stroll around till it was time for our bus. In fact after talking with them, we could have actually stored the big bags there while we were at Taquile & wouldn't had to lug them to the island. Would definitely stay there again just because of their hospitality! 5 star service It was a little thread bare, lighting a little dim, but otherwise fine. 3 star room

Large room. No window!! Shower very laborious to use and only barely Luke warm. Not good after days trekking!!! They tried to charge for a breakfast not eaten! Friendly enough but would not recommend.

We arrived in Puno at around 5:30am. Once we got to the hotel, we were able to eat breakfast (there is an extra charge of 5 soles) before half of us left for a full day Floating Islands tour. I was happy to wait in the reception area as the time of check in was after we were going to leave for our half-day tour, however I promptly fell asleep on the sofa and the staff had placed a blanket over me. At about 7:45am, I was woken up as they had our 4-bed room ready for us which was great news! We were able to have a quick shower and change before our tour, which started the day off well! The beds were comfortable, there was plenty of space in the room for four of us and all of our luggage. The bathroom was clean. There was building going on the next morning which meant there was no hot water until 10:30/11ish which was not great as we were not forewarned, however I think it was out of the staff's hands and they were quite apologetic about it. All in all, a good hotel for our one night stay in Puno. Would recommend.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The recommended to book a bus to the airport instead of taxi because it's cheaper and reliable, and they were right. They also called the bus to check if they are on time - very nice from them. The room was clean. Close to the town center. Basic breakfast. They should provide at least one face or hand towel, not just bath towels. The room was very cold but that's a usual thing in Peru hotels/hostels.

The hostel is located in the town centre, large rooms with hot showers and free wifi. Very clean too. I really liked the breakfast as the standard in Peru seems to be a break and strawberry jam while here we had a choice of cheese and ham too. The staff was very accommodating and let us store our luggage for a night while we did a home stay on the Amantani island

We only stayed for one night so it served the purpose. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It is a bit dated and had a funky smell but was very clean with good sized rooms. Wifi worked pretty good. This is one of the only places so far that did not include eggs for the free breakfast but it was only $24 CAD per night. It was very close to the main square. They happily stored our luggage for us while we did a one night home stay on Lake Titicaca.

A reasonably clean and comfortable budget style room with good hot water. Constantly barking dog nearby was somewhat annoying when you were trying to sleep. The staff were very helpful and friendly. They voluntarily phoned to confirm our stay at Uros Khantati (a floating reed island).

Excellent location two blocks away from the main tourist street. Good showers with hot water and high pressure. Room was clean and comfortable. No curtains covering glass skylight window so room became light very early.

The rooms are ideal, spacious with comfortable beds. Very clean bathrooms and powerful hot showers (make the most of it if you're travelling in Bolivia!) Location is good just off the main street and near to restaurants. They let us extend check out too as we had an afternoon bus. Sadly no breakfast.
