I like this place. Admittedly, some walls have cracks, the faucets are old, and the temperature of electric operating water heater is a bit tricky to adjust. But that is not the only things to find while you are on the road. 'Jenny' as she told us her name, is very warm, helpful, and go above and beyond for some... More

Great B&B, lovely rooms (biggest bed we've slept in on this trip by far!) amazing warm hosts and a huge delicious breakfast which was cooked to order. Jenny's local advice helped us make the most of our time in Puno and her beautiful personality made us feel welcome since the moment we walked in the posada. Thank you so much!

On our arrival in the overpriced taxi from the bus terminal (10 soles is too much - Jenny reckons no more than 5), we were initially concerned by the steel door. However once we were inside, they concern went away. As others have remarked, Jenny is a treasure and made is feel very welcome. She is full of helpful, genuine... More

We were welcomed and made to feel at home immediately. We were given great recommendations for where to eat and whilst we were out the lovely owner went and bought our train tickets for the next day and organised a taxi for us! The room was clean with a very comfy huge bed and soft sheets. Breakfast was fantastic fresh... More

"My house is simple, but managed with a lot of love," are the owner Jenny's own words. And they are very true. And if she wants to convince you to stay at Casa de Felix in Llanchon instead of the touristy experience at Isla Amantí, just say yes. She will help you organize everything. Felix will help you over to... More

My most wonderful holiday lived in the Puno , with the gentle , loving care of Jeny in your Posada Kusillos . a pleasant , cozy atmosphere with personal attention . The day I arrived was a little high and wide to the owner in person greeted me with a coca tea and was attentive to my discomfort . The... More

I don't know where to start in reviewing this amazing guesthouse. From the moment you enter Kusillo's Guesthouse to one of Jenny's homely hugs,to the day you check out to another one of Jenny's hugs you instantly feel like this is your home away from home. I'm not sure why Puno isn't more of a tourist destination. I was just... More

We stayed here two nights and were probably annoying guests--we arrived late in the evening and ended up leaving both mornings very early. Nonetheless, Jenni was incredibly generous and helpful to us, getting up early to fix us breakfast, helping us arrange transportation, and making sure we could do laundry. The hotel is quite humble and in a slightly odd... More

We stayed for three nights in a double room. Our first experience of Peruvian hospitality, coming from Bolivia, and it was a good one! The owner Jenny and all her family were the most friendly, caring people ever! Every morning we'd get a hug from Jenny and she helped us with everything we needed. The room was nice, very clean,... We were recommended to stay here by people we met in Cusco. They raved about how sweet Jenny was and what a wonderful experience they had. They were right about Jenny! Upon arrival we were given information about the area and were even brought hot tea. We left the next morning to stay on a floating island and then stayed... More
