Booked the suite for 4 days. What a mistake. Firstly swimming pool was out of action . So was the elevator. No food in the restaurant Saturdays and Sundays. No hot water in the shower. Aircon blasts straight onto the bed. Tv control doesnt work. Things left in the room disappeared. All in all a bad experience .

I didn't stay in this place. In its website were offering tours, etc. We were very interested in have our tour in the Tambopata National Park but, it seemed to be a fraud!. We have the different options for the tours and we agreed to have a 4D/3N in this hotel and in Corte Maltes lodge (Puerto Maldonado) that was...

The room was ok, A/C worked, the staff was kind, and breakfast was nice with several options. The best part in such a hot weather was that the small swimming pool was open from 05:00 am until 11:00 pm.

Nice place, staff are friendly. The wifi dosnt work in the rooms (forever connecting), there is Cable. Its a bit of a walk to the main bar/restaurant area. Good air conditioning, pool is not really private, it's just passed reception. 95US is a bit steep.

Has cable, WiFi, A/C (which is great for such a hot city) and there's also a pool. The staff was very helpfull and nice to us (let us make our flight's check in in their computers). Large breakfast included (two eggs, two breads, ham, cheese, jelly/butter, coffee/tea, orange/papaya juice), nice dining room in the top floor with well served, great...

Puerto Maldonado has a lot of business and this hotel mostly caters to those folks. Otherwise it is not much more than a jumping off place for jungle tours. It's pretty seedy and can be a rough town. Most of the tourist activity is around the square by the water where you will find the best restaurants and shops and...

Beds were comfortable. Rooms clean. Staff made pack lunch on early morning excursions Staff very helpful. Aircon is a must in this hot climate. During heavy rainfall hotel has some leaky issues to resolve hopefully before the rainy season begins.

No sleep due to significant noise levels (many, many dogs barking in street, political gatherings, fire crackers etc). I would not recommend to stay at any hotel in PM unless you have to! The staff were friendly enough but that didn't make up for the general discomfort of the area.

Puerto Amazonico Hotel, was a good "find'. The bed was clean, the air conditioner was working. The breakfast was good. You can...

“I stayed in the second floor, street view and it was just fine, I think rooms with inside view might be a little bit too dark.”

“My room was overlooking the street and you definitely can't open the window and sleep with the noise of the traffic. However, as long as the electricity is working you have AC or fan and can keep it closed.”
