From greeting at airport to farewell our stay was amazing. The staff went above and beyond. The guides were knowledgeable and were kind to us 'city folk'. Everything is planned out and executed with perfection. The food was always delicious and varied. The cabins were comfortable

We had a room in the main building which was spacious and clean - (only quibble was, common to most hotels, that there was no place to open and use 2 suitcases. - My husband's on the floor, mine on reorganised bedside table).

Everything was very comfortable, service, food and dr

Spent 3 nights there and loved it. The hotel is in very good shape, nice decor and colors, all very natural with lots of wood, in beautiful surroundings in the Amazon jungle, not too far from the city. The cabana was amazing, very spacious and the staff very friendly. Especially

We spent two days there - two wonderful, relaxing and interesting days. Everything ran completely smoothly: the pickup at the airport, the hikes and excursions, the boat trips, the knowledgeable guides, the fantastic food, and the lovely cabanas. I totally recommend it!

Is there a hairdryer in the room?
You can request a hairdryer at reception. However as another traveler noted - this is not a fancy place where you need to dress up. In addition the humidity is at 100% so the effort of drying my hair didn’t achieve much.

We will be visiting here July 6th, 7th and 8th. Do you recommend long pants and shirts for insects, mosquitoes?
Hi, yes I do recommend long pants and Tshirts , even lightweight hippie pants as they don't stick to you so allow air flow and have elastic bands around ankles so insects can't get in , lightweight cotton or silk is good. Hope this helps , have fun!

We are due to stay here in September, what is the acceptable dress code in the evening? Some of the photos of the dinning room in the evening are quite smart and I want to pack suitable clothing but am conscious of only taking a small bag.
A very casual approach is acceptable here - even muddy boots! The food and ambience is lovely but not in any way formal - part of the charm there is no need to pack light though as you can take your luggage with you on the boat

Hi I understand you can only pay by cash - how much are drinks so I get any idea of how much to bring please . Thanks
Hi, I'm not sure where you read this information as I used my credit card without any problems. The bar will be able to add your drink/food bill on to your room bill and you will be able to pay it at check out . Hope this helped 😁
