Lovely modern hotel, very clean and with bigger rooms than the other Casa Andinas we stayed in during our month long stay in Peru. Two showstoppers unfortunately. The breakfasts are terrible. No orange juice, coffee you serve yourself from a machine and the sautéed potatoes were crunchy and raw. This is a hotel not a hostel. Worst of all, the noise. The property abutts two nightclubs that are open until at least 0400am, the Tokyo and the Zouka. And the noise is deafening. Partner hardly slept at all. Even a hostal gives you a decent night's sleep.

I want to quickly run a review of this hotel, Casa Andina Chiclayo, where their staff is extremely helpful in accommodating all your need in a very polite manner. Special mention to Tiare, Rodrigo, Romina and Santiago. Gym has all you need for a great workout, fast internet, clean rooms, swimming pool, breakfast included with several choices and restaurant with many local options. I will stay here eveytime in Chiclayo.

We had a really nice stay at casa andina in Chiclayo. The city is nice, the plaza de armas is beautiful and the people are kind. The staff working at the hotel make you feel welcome immediately. The rooms are clean and spacious. Our Spanish is bad, but that is no problem for the people working here. They are really helpful! Especially, Rodigo, the guy who checked us in and a girl who helped us to print out some forms were really kind. Also Diego, our waiter in the restaurant, was super friendly. If we are ever coming back to Chiclayo, we will make sure to stay in this hotel again.

They did not respect the booking rate by asking for more money; I had to pay for my stay in advance and they didn't refund me for the days I didn't stay overnight. among the worst experiences ever had in the last 56 years. Absolutely not recommended.

Food was good. Service was good. Room was spacious. Staff was very helpful. Location is convenient. A little expensive but to save, reservations should be done online, and for taxis you can call them, there are various services. Highly recommended.

i come from Europe and booked the hotel for 2 people and i pay myself for two people but at the reception they ask my partner to pay for an extra 18% because she was peruvian . i was the one who pay for the service for both of us . and i think it is to much to pay even more. at the end i did not accept to pay for the extra bit they took the full booking just for me to stay. i don’t get anything back from the hotel. i enjoy the breakfast and the pool, but staff in the reception wasn’t very helpful for me. this happen in January 2020 i just wish they could be a little condescending with the bookings and treat everyone same. thanks.

Customer service is terrible. Front desk staff have an attitude like they are doing clients a favor. I spoke previously with the manager who offered me a better stay if I would return. well I returned, but service was even worst. Manager was informed, but did not have the courtesy to call me back.

This was a beautiful hotel and we chose it because we were doing volunteer work here that includes hosting 13 couples for a family retreat. The rates were very reasonable and the hotel exceeded all of my expectations. It is absolutely beautiful, the staff were friendly and many spoke very good English. The buffet breakfast was also excellent with a broad assortment of foods to suit any diet. We didn’t have time to use the pool but it was beautiful and so clean. We loved the experience at this hotel.

The hotel is in a great location just a few blocks from the main square. The breakfast is fantastic although they charge extra for eggs. Anyway a lot to choose from the buffet. The rooms are big enough and clean.
